Conveniently located just a short drive from the parkway and town attractions, our home provides a perfect base for exploring the area. The spacious backyard invites family gatherings, with a firepit for cozy conversations and a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. From the master bedrooms with comfortable accommodations to the bunk room and additional bedrooms with various sleeping arrangements, there's a space for everyone.

For inquiries or booking, please use the platform to message me or request my phone number. While the neighborhood is rental-friendly, please be mindful of noise, as it can travel down the mountain. The owner is not responsible for neighbors' noise but kindly asks renters to be considerate.

Situated approximately 7 miles up the hill and off the main road, our house offers a tranquil escape. If you're eager to explore the parkway, a trolley from the OLD MILL District can conveniently take you up and down the parkway and into Gatlinburg.

Please be aware that the road may become icy in inclement weather, and snow tires or chains are recommended during such conditions. The road leading to the house has two hairpin turns as you ascend, so plan accordingly for a safe and enjoyable stay.
