Located in the Karakoli residence, directly on the seaside and in the heart of the Pointe-du-Bout district, this charming apartment will please you from the moment you arrive!

A private terrace with a magnificent view of the sea is at your disposal
The friendly kitchen is fully equipped for your well-being. It includes: oven, induction hob, microwave, saucepans, coffee machine, toaster, kitchen utensils and everything you need to prepare good meals.
Two bedrooms have a Queen bed and the other has a single bed. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The living room has a smart TV with access to NETFLIX and cable channels.
High speed internet is offered.
The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine is also available.
You will have access to the residence's shared swimming pool as well as access to the sea via the shared dock.
THE LOCALISATION
The location of this apartment is incredible. Just a few steps from the Creole Village and its shops and restaurants, you will benefit from well-deserved tranquility once at the residence.
Anse Mitan beach is only a 5-minute walk away.

Notre séjour a été incroyable. La maison est très belle, propre, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et un accès privé direct à celle-ci. L'accueil a été impeccable. Aurélie, la gérante, nous a très bien reçus et nous a donné plein de bons conseils et recommandations locales pour notre séjour. Elle a toujours été très rapide à répondre à nos questions. Notre hôte est lui assi réactif et nous a bien donné toutes les indications nécessaires pour le logement. L'emplacement était parfait, sur le bord de la mer, dans un quartier touristique où tout est accessible à pied. Je recommande fortement!
