The fully equipped kitchen has a large granite island - perfect for entertaining as well as a wine fridge and stainless appliances. The top floor master suite boasts a king bed and impressive en-suite bathroom with a huge soaking tub and a shower, along with heated slate flooring. The middle floor features the second bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom as well as the large open living area. Step out the back door and you'll find your own private hot tub with some of the best views of the ski hill in town as well as a BBQ. The lower floor features the third bedroom, a separate media room/den and laundry facilities. The heated garage is also great for storing your gear or vehicle after a day out in the mountains. Downtown Fernie is just a few minutes away by car giving this property the perfect mix of mountain seclusion and convenience!
