Polar Peak Lodges is one of the most popular townhome complexes nestled in the cedars at the base of the ski resort - just a 5 minute walk to the lifts and ski-in at the end of the day. It is the perfect place for a carefree family vacation with room for up to 8 guests. The main floor is an open concept with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a beautiful cozy living room with gas fireplace. One floor up, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms. The master
bedroom features a King sized bed and private en suite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have Queen sized beds with a shared bathroom. There is a private hot tub located on the deck off these bedrooms. The lower level den features a Tri-Bunk (twin over double), and a Foosball table! There is a bathroom on this level as well as the laundry room. Polar Peak Lodges is a family-friendly complex with strict noise, smoking and parking policies. Guests are required to adhere to quiet time after 11pm and there is absolutely no smoking in the
town home or on the decks. Parking passes are required to park at the complex and will be given out at check-in

Good space and location

The condo comfortably fit 3 couples with children. The space was great. The basement space was a nice bonus for the kids. Location is great for ski out. Little bit of a walk for ski in. Fine for adults, but tough for the kids. Cleanliness could use a bit of work. The toilets could use a scrub. Some pots and pans were dirty. There were a few things left out that were from previous renters (a pair of socks in the closet, cards under the couch) which further showed a lack of diligent cleaning. Overall, we liked the space and location, but we were not impressed with the cleanliness.
