Perfect weekend getaway close to home!
Here at the hill you forget everything going on in life. As you walk in you feel the coziness; with your own private pier and boat deck! While in the hill you absolutely love the bear theme. While the fishing pier is not located in front it is located a few steps away.
While in the area make sure to check out Brownsville zoo & museum.
If you’re bring boat please book in any of our other cabins that are waterfront. A boat ramp is located in Adolph Thomes Jr County Park.

Best stay at the Arroyo

The property was spacious. Very well equipped and huge fishing pier. Communication with host was great with quick response and made themselves available for any needs or questions. Our best stay in Arroyo so far.

Everything was great! Everything you need for a trip on the canal. Tons of outdoor space. Dock was great with lights, rod holders, sink, fresh water, and boat slip. Closer to water than expected. Had all the basics you would expect at a VRBO, every time we looked for something we needed it was there. Was very clean, saw no bugs, which is uncommon for a house on the coast. Opportunities for improvement: Directions to the house could be a little more specific. Wasnt sure which house to go to once getting to the address. Boat cleats to tie off a boat would be a good add.

close to fishing pier

the location is close to the fishing pier. plenty of room in the house. just need an antenna for the tv. not everyone in our group fished. Overall clean but does need a deep cleaning. the one issue was the oven/stove not working we had to turn on the breaker to use the stove. Overall a nice location

I am soooo coming back! My husband's first time and he enjoyed every min of it,bate shop just 5 min away from property,deck was prepared for the late night fishing,home was so comfy home away from home DEFINITELY! took my 2yr old no problems in home no baby gate needed. Teens had a blast caught a few catfish but all around an adventure to put down on the books and memories that will always remain in my heart. Thank you As for property management thank you for everything provided in and out of home,and replying on any concerns was on point (even after hours reply...sorry for the late hrs,lol) will recommend to family and friends
