Very enjoyable time. Nice place for family to fish and enjoy a getaway. Short trip over to Padre for other activities then can return back for the peaceful days. Owners are fabulous people.
Nothing but sheets on bed and no body soap or shampoo. Air conditioner blasted onto the master bed so with no blankets or comforter one could only be cold or hot with sleeping. Nearest place to buy soap was 40 mins round trip. Underwater green light did not work. Nice location with lots of potential. Seems like for the price the simple amenities would be provided.

I visited the happy tarpon and I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and nicely decorated everything was. I fished 90 percent of the time i was there. My friends and I had one of the best time fishing. I would love to visit the happy tarpon again. Keith was a great host and always responded to our concerns.
