We love to travel as a family and we do so most of the year, here in the USA and abroad. France, Argentina, Columbia, Costa Rica, and the Panama Canal are some of our recent travels. We know what we like in a rental - we want to be able to walk in to a perfectly clean home, that has all of the amenities provided so we feel cared for and we're not wasting time shopping for toiletries, laundry soap, pantry staples, etc.. We want all of the creature comforts that we're used to with wifi, tvs, beds, kitchen utensils and appliances, and thoughtful details. If that sounds like you and your family - this house is for you!
Why they chose this property
Broad streets, lovely walking path through the community (the Esplanade), children's park, Bocci ball court. Perfect location close to Fred Waring, Highway 111 and the 10 Freeway.
What makes this property unique
It's the biggest lot in the community and we made use of every inch - we think it's the absolute best home in the neighborhood. The front courtyard is the perfect place to enjoy a fire and watch the sunrise. Out into the yard via the french doors is the large saltwater pool & spa with a large outdoor table seating 8 plus a BBQ island. The lefthand yard is a 30 x 60 paved surface for fun and sports, along with 2 bistro tables, chairs and an umbrella. The right hand yard is a similar sized flat grass area, again, great for soccer, baseball, etc. There's also a Springfree trampoline. The backyard is private with a wrap-around 10ft ficus hedge.The interior is designed with a mixture of antiques and art from all over the world, quality pieces and top-of-the-line selections throughout.
