Welcome to our stylish 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat nestled in the Lands of Pickwick, with a short walk to the lake. With its serene location and abundant amenities, this is the perfect getaway for families, friends, and outdoor enthusiasts seeking a memorable lake experience.

An open-style concept great room welcomes you when you step inside the front door which leads you to the crossroads between the living room and kitchen. Two bedrooms down and one large bedroom upstairs provides enough space for everyone.

A screened-in patio out back with two sitting areas with TV is the the perfect space for game nights, sports watching and hangouts with friends and family. Down below on our massive deck, we have a gas BBQ and dining space for the whole group. Toasting your s'mores over the gas fire pit is the perfect way to end the day at the lake.

Speaking of the lake...bring your boat as we have parking for up to two boats + trailers in our lower driveway. Multiple boat ramps from 500 yards away to 2 miles away can launch your boat on Pickwick Lake and get you out on the water.

Our Favorite Place in Pickwick

This is our favorite place in Pickwick. Everything is always perfect and we love this house. You can’t beat the location and amenities it provides. Tyson is an excellent host and we couldn’t ask for better communication.

Perfect for a weekend getaway to the lake

We all enjoyed our time at the lake house. Check in and check out was easy. The host even checked on us throughout our stay. We loved the covered porch and games offered! We spent two nights and just cooked/grilled while we were there. They had all of the essentials needed. The kids enjoyed being able to watch tv with the options of Disney+ and Netflix. We rented a pontoon boat from Grand Harbor, which was only about a 10 minute drive from the house. We had a great time making memories on Pickwick Lake!

Relaxing

Nice home great set up for our boat in the driveway. Gas grill was a little scary but we just put foil try in for our steaks. The was supposed to be hot tub, but there was none. Over all the home was great time. Thanks
