Nice big house driving distance to everything

House is large and unique, with great character and charm. Easy drives to most spots in Tampa.If you’re not used to being in more urban or rough areas of town, the surrounding neighborhood might turn you off. Not very walkable in the immediate area. But we had no issues with driving around and enjoyed our stay!

My property is awesome because we have respected its "historical bones" while updating it with vibrant colors/furniture, while keeping it comfortable for all those that visit.

It is a unique property because you will have amenities like a hot tub, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and plenty of seating to share with family and friends.
