We had a wonderful experience at this home! The layout was perfect for our blended family to have privacy when needed but so many common areas to enjoy each other and make great memories! When the pool wasn’t filtering correctly we called the property managers and they took care of it right away! Even on a weekend! We highly recommend!

Great layout!

We rented the entire place and it was perfect for 8 adults and 3 kids. Pool was amazing. And it was nice to be next to the running trail.

A fabulous home for a big family

We were here for a family vacation and to celebrate nana’s 70th birthday. The home was super nice and we had an excellent time. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong table, and games galore. The house was stocked with everything a family needs to cook and be entertained. The beds were comfy and having two sets of washer/dryers was great for 14 people! What a memorable week for us!

Great stay!!!

Our family very much enjoyed celebrating my mother in law's 80th birthday at Crystal Beach Paradise! Of course we were there during a historic arctic blast, but we still enjoyed the visit! The house is nicely updated, very clean and well stocked! Especially great was the immediate communication with property mgmt!! The only suggestion we would make are pads for the metal chairs in the kitchen (where we spent a lot of time)!!

Needs Updating & Repairs

Felt slightly catfished by the listing photos. The house is divided into 2 separate apartments with their own entries (would be great for multiple families, but not a group of friends that want to stay together). The exterior could use a good sweeping/power washing, some of the furniture has changed, the hot tub heater doesn't work, the AC doesn't work properly in the 2nd apartment (and you can't go below 72* in either unit, some of the blinds are broken, dishwasher doesn't wash thoroughly. It's a dark space... Also, the house is tucked away in the back of a local residential neighborhood.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Just to clarify, the property is exactly as shown in the listing photos, including the layout as two separate units—something that many guests have found ideal for families or groups who want a bit of privacy. The pool and hot tub heating systems are fully functional and work properly when the instructions provided in the welcome book are followed. We didn’t receive any messages or requests from you during your stay, and we would have been more than happy to assist or address any concerns if given the opportunity. We truly value all guest feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us.

PHENOMENAL property! Bedrooms are huge, private pool was great, open game room downstairs was a huge plus for our family. We took our 4 kids and my mom…this house was exactly what we needed! Very close to the grocery store, right on the bike path for running, short drive to several beaches.
