Go for a hike at Franklin trail,The Carpinteria salt marsh or along the Carpinteria bluffs to the Seal sanctuary and then end the day at the Heated pool or a soak in the jacuzzi.

Great location , convenient to shopping and easy access to the beaches. The property is well maintained and appointed. It has everything you need. The property manager was great and very helpful the few times we called upon him.
