Beautiful, freshly remodeled two bedroom townhouse conveniently located in Santa Barbara. Full bathroom upstairs, half bathroom downstairs. Private patio in front and in back, as well as balcony off primary bedroom. Kitchen is well equipped with pressure cooker, toaster oven, blender, and all brand new appliances, with oven that includes air fryer feature. Large closets with lots of storage, private laundry with Maytag washer and dryer just steps from the back door. Dedicated carport for off-street parking. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, Whole Foods Market, Bristol Farms, La Cumbre Plaza, and Five Points Shopping Center. 10 minute drive to the beach!

Very comfortable condo, upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen is well-equipped. The beds are comfortable. It was perfect for what we were doing in Santa Barbara (visiting family, not sightseeing). We liked the fact that we could visit the beaches and downtown, but didn’t have to be right in the middle of it all. The owners were very responsive. A wonderful place to spend a week in Santa Barbara.

Santa Barbara townhome

Lovely townhome in great location for exploring the city or surrounding area. Easy communication with the owner/ manager for any questions. The beds and linens are very comfortable and the sofa in the living room is cozy. Well equipped kitchen opens to patio.

Comfortable and Convenient!

We stayed here for 18 days, and could not be more pleased with everything about! It is so conveniently located, close to grocery stores, and restaurants. The townhouse was super clean, very comfortable, and a very well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals. The owner is very responsive with any questions we had. I wound highly recommend it!!

All the facilities were excellent. Each area has its own remote temperature controller from heat to AC. The 2 bedrooms have remote control fans. The bathroom is up to date with a great shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. Full private laundry room is just a few steps away. A single car port parking place is available. Just watch for street parking restrictions if occupants have more than 1 car. There is a straight stairway to the bedrooms. Lots of light and 1 bedroom has a balcony with room to sit and eat. 1/2 bath is conveniently downstairs. A single 50-60" flat screen TV on full swivel and in/out adjustments in living room with streaming only. Back patio outside kitchen sliding doors with 2 seats to enjoy the grass courtyard. Close to everything. The host was always available and convivial. Highly recommended.
