Updated stylish townhouse. Great amenities include, resort style pool, (7 minute walk/2 minute drive)basketball and tennis courts, playground, and sports field with picnic tables. Within 15-30 minutes from white powdery sand beaches including Siesta Key and Bradenton beach. Beach towels, chairs and beach/pool toys are provided for your enjoyment. Close to some of the best shopping locations including UTC mall and tons of amazing restaurants and bars. Theme/amusement parks are approximately 30 minutes to an hour drive.

Check in was easy. All rooms were very clean.I enjoyed sitting outside on the patio with a water view instead of just buildings,Shops were very close, 5-7 minutes ( grocery, restaurants etc).

The stay was everything we were looking for. The upstairs had two bedrooms and two baths connected to each of the rooms, we liked that. We chose it for the option of the pool but didn’t use it. There was also a tennis court/pickleball court. It was clean and close to lots of stores and resturants

Very comfortable and clean with all the kitchen amenities to be able to cook you own meals. Safe location and the pool is great. Close to shopping and close to where I needed to be for work. Will definitely be back.

This is a very nice and well laid out condo. The view of the pond behind was a plus in the mornings while drinking coffee. Very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We would definitely stay here again if it’s available.
