About this property

Our spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.

Our home has modern furnishings with an HD television in the living room equipped with a Roku. In this space, you will have 1 brand new queen sized bed in the master bedroom, and a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful city view and partial water view. Our home also includes wireless internet!

We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!

The building complex has a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation. The garage has a height limit of 6'4".
