Guests will have exclusive access to the entire beachfront property, including the private heated pool, beachside palapa, and multiple patios with panoramic views. The convenient elevator facilitates easy movement between levels, making most of the property easily accessible. Please note that while the majority of the villa is designed with accessibility in mind, you must go down a flight of stairs to reach the lower beach area.

Filtered water is available throughout the house.

A covered garage is attached to the residence for your convenience.

Weekly cleaning is included. Pool & gardener go approximately twice a week.



PET-FRIENDLY NOTICE: If you want to bring a pet, please send us a message to request permission before confirming your reservation.

-- The pet must weigh less than 10 kg (20 lbs) and be fully trained.

-- Pets cannot be left alone in the room (unless they are in a dog carrier or crate).

-- An additional cleaning fee will be charged for required deep clean of the property.
