Welcome to Bourbon Breeze! This stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach house, offering 2,000+ sq ft of beautifully furnished space, is perfect for families and groups of up to 12. The two-story retreat is ideally located just 3-4 blocks from the beach—right off of 11th St, and in the golf cart zone!
The lagoon-style pool is the heart of the outdoor area, complete with a large island offering seating, a sink, and party lights. An outdoor shower lets you rinse off the beach before diving into the pool for a refreshing swim. Upstairs, a huge deck offers panoramic views of the pool, 11th Street, and stunning sunrises over the beach. The sunsets behind the house provide beautiful views of the surrounding wetland area.
Inside, the home sets the scene for island living, featuring shiplap walls, high ceilings, and coastal-inspired decor. Kick back and relax in the spacious living room. The oversized kitchen island doubles as the dining area, comfortably seating 10-12 with bar stools. Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker/Keurig combo, a walk-in pantry, and all the essentials for cooking and prepping, the kitchen is both functional and stylish.
When it’s time to rest, retreat to the primary suite, which boasts a large flat-screen TV, a closet, and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. The kid-friendly bunk room features four twin bunks, a cool surfboard on the wall, a flat-screen TV, and a closet. The T-bunk room offers a queen bed on the bottom and a twin on top, along with built-in shelves, drawers, a closet, and a flat-screen TV. A beautifully designed guest bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. The downstairs suite provides privacy with its own external entrance. It includes a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa as well as a king bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom connects to the downstairs patio, leading directly to the pool.

- This home does not offer pool heat.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- 2 pets are allowed at this home. This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Please note that the home will be decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas tree, during the months of November, December, and January.
- The downstairs suite is completely detached from the main home and is not connected in any way. Access to the suite requires going outside.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
