The best part was the location on the beach. The room was good and as outlined in the listing. The issues were: the furniture in the family room was worn-out and difficult to sit on with any comfort, The kitchen utensils were worn-out and should be replaced. (Spatula (plastic) was curled up on the end and difficult to use), no condiments at all (had to purchase the basics such as salt and pepper). We had singing pipes for four days until they repaired a leaky value on the fourth floor on Thursday. We companied several times to no avail. Maid service was excellent. Came every morning with clean towels and picked up the trash.
