Sunrise Village East Glade C5 – Ski-In/Ski-Out Mountain Convenience

Enjoy a classic Killington mountain getaway in this charming two-bedroom, two-bath condo offering true ski-in/ski-out access just steps (approximately 50 yards) from the trail. Perfectly located for easy days on the mountain, this cozy retreat provides comfort, convenience, and beautiful alpine surroundings.

Guests enjoy access to the Sunrise Sports Center, which features an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and an outdoor hot tub open for the winter season — an ideal place to relax and recharge after a day on the slopes.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, and opens to a cozy dining area that seats four. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a relaxed dinner, everything you need is right at hand.

The inviting living room offers a wood-burning fireplace and a 32” flat-screen TV, creating a warm space to unwind in the evenings. Sliding glass doors lead to your private deck, where you can enjoy fresh mountain air and scenic views.

The condo features two comfortable bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Two full bathrooms provide added convenience for families or groups. An entryway mudroom offers space for ski gear and winter essentials, and an in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to keep everything fresh throughout your stay.

Condo layout was great for two couples and our two boys came one night with the pull out couch. Mudroom and plenty of hooks for gear is always appreciated! Location to trail is awesome! Plenty of parking, which was nice because we were coming from different home towns and needed 3 spots. Host was very attentive and checked in after our first night. Loved the fireplace and plenty of wood. We would love to rent again !

Nice place to stay, bad timing

The location and accommodations were good. However, we selected this location for tge ski in / out access. Nothing prior to our arrival indicated that sunrise lifts ans trails would be closed. We paid 100's extra for ski in/ out, but could not use this feature and had to drive to the mtn. We feel ripped off!

Great Location(if Sunrise Trails are Open); Very Dated and Somewhat DirtyDirty

Bottom line, if Sunrise trails are open and skiing is the sole purpose of your trip, the location can't be beaten. Otherwise, there are much better choices. Pros: - Beautiful views. - Excellent location IF Sunrise lifts and trails are OPEN. Otherwise, you'll have to drive 5-15 minutes to other lifts and trails. - Kitchen is decently equipped and the stove and microwave are updated. Cons: - NOT a ski-in/ski-out location if the Sunrise trails are not open, as during our stay. We had to drive 15 minutes to the base. This is on us for not checking the details of the location. - The furniture is very dated and seems dirty. There are spots and stains on the sofa and chair. - The condo is very dated and not well maintained. There were broken and loose tiles, dirty carpet (many massive stains), and drapes. I washed all the beddings before we were comfortable using them. - Missing window covering. There was nothing to cover the skylight windows in the bedroom. Anyone walking on the landing can look down and see the bed in the bedroom. We had to cover the window with wrapping paper for privacy. The kitchen window also lacks covering allowing people to look into the kitchen and living room. - The sofa bed is completely unusable. The springs are broken. Some of us had to sleep on the dirty floor.

Quiet and Peaceful Summer Stay

My wife and I very much enjoyed the mountain-side condo which was just what we needed. A bit higher up on the mountain than we needed to be but great views. The weather during our stay was unusually cool so we made good use of the fireplace. We would definitely stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: My sisters and I decided to treat ourselves to a ski on/ski off trip to Killington (first time skiing at Killington for me / first time staying at a ski on/ski off for the three of us). This condo had everything we needed for our stay. It was spacious and clean. We cooked our meals and the kitchen had what we needed. The wood burning fire place was great and kept us plenty warm during our stay. The free fire wood was definitely a plus. Of course, the convenience of the ski on/ski off access was the best part of the trip. We hope to come back to Killington next year and future years. This condo will definitely be on our list for our future stays! The Killington Rental Associates were very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. Thank you!

If you have snow, it would be just a handful of steps to a run that takes you to the Sunrise lift, and from there you can access the entire mountain. Unfortunately, Sunrise area was closed because the rain washed away all the snow, and there is no shuttle from Sunrise to the mountain, so you have to drive. The Condo was clean and comfortable, though a little outdated. With snow, the location would make up for everything!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just like an old museum. This place have not been renovated for at least 30 years, and that includes bed, linen, and towels. If you would like to travel back in time you found your place. They even have a VCR and one of those bedside radio alarms from before digital have been invented. The kitchen is also poorly equipped. Location wise it is good. I've been charged for service but nothing has been offered. I would not got back nor recommend it to a friend.

Rough Condo at Sunrise

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were moved to this unit as the initial place we wanted was sold. We were told that the new owner wasn't renting it out. As we drove by the place we originally had reserved, we looked it up and it was in fact still being rented. No sure why we're lied to by Killington Rental Associates? We had to pick up keys at a different location because of weather. Although, we had to return the keys without using the same excuse. Place was dingy at best. Stove wasn't reliable. Toilets ran, they fix it, only to have it not fully flush. I loved keeping a pot to fill with water in the bathroom to complete a flush. No wine opener, limited dishes and utensils. Wont be going back. Ever.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My two teenage daughters and I were more than comfortable in this unit. You couldn't ask for a better location. Unit was somewhat outdated but very clean and comfortable. Large wood fireplace, big comfortable couch and two armchairs made our evenings very Cozy and relaxing. My only complaint is the kitchen. Because my husband couldn't join us, we did not do too much cooking. Frying some eggs in the morning and worming up frozen dinners did not required much. However frozen pizza had to be pan fried because of the condition of the oven. Replacing stove/oven and cookware along with updating silverware and plates is necessary for this unit to be acceptable for a family that has to cook. But if you are someone who can get by with frozen food and without a pizza, you will have nice time. Note to management - please feel free to call me and I will be happy to discuss all what is wrong with that oven.
