The Trailside Retreat | Ski on&off w/ Fireplace!

Summary:
Welcome to The Trailside Retreat! This desirable ground level unit is a 2-bed, 2-bath condo that invites you to embrace the ultimate skiing experience. Follow the walking path which is accessible from the back door, to the brand new Sundance Express Lift - where the slopes await. Whether you're a group of seasoned skiers or snow enthusiasts, this cozy retreat is a perfect getaway. The newly renovated amenity center has a pool, hot tub, gym, outdoor pool, and kids common areas!

The Space:
Property also includes an outdoor ski locker by the parking lot and firewood is provided as well. Reserve amenity access at the Sportscenter with the new reservation system! The entire complex was renovated in 2021 including indoor and outdoor pools, indoor hot tubs/saunas, brand new locker room, new outdoor BBQ grill access poolside. You can also reserve a time slot to use the Pelotons! Reservation details will be sent to you 24hrs before check-in.

Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.

-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.

-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.

-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.

Cold weekend in January

We had a goup of 4 teen boys and 2 adults for a weekend away. It just so happened to be during a major cold spell. Conditions were fantastic all weekend and not too crowded. We especially liked this location which is a first floor end unit. It was very quiet and located between Sundance and Carinthia which is perfect if there's a lift issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Families! Fantastic location

Had a great stay at the Trailside Retreat condo. Communication with the owner was great. Easy check in and check out. The location can’t be beat - we skied onto the mountain in the morning and in the afternoons when the kids were tired and cold took them to the rec center with indoor pool and hot tub. As a family who cooks definitely appreciated basic cooking spices, olive oil, etc on hand. Kids had a lot fun on the Wii at night. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. Lots of towels and extra blankets in hand - not that we needed them. Great time overall!
