Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the screened lanai, where you can take in the lush greenery and warm Florida breeze. For your convenience, private washer/dryer access is available right in the condo. This unit also has a private extended balcony overlooking the resort pool with a large table and your own private steps access to the resort pool, a feature not many units in the complex have.

Explore the stunning beaches with powdery white sand and crystal-clear waters, indulge in delectable seafood at waterfront restaurants, or tee off at world-class golf courses. Don't forget to visit the Naples Pier for breathtaking sunsets and take a leisurely stroll through the charming streets of downtown Naples, brimming with boutique shops and art galleries.

Check-in time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This vacation rental requires the completion of an application requiring sensitive information to be submitted directly to the HOA within three days of booking.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
