☼ Pool heat scheduled to 85°F (cannot be guaranteed below 70°F outdoor temp)
☼ We think the perfect # of guests is between 6-10, but can accommodate up to 12.

Visible Motion:
☼ Activated recording cameras are located at the front door (ring doorbell) and side garage door directed at the mechanicals. These are in place for security purposes along with allowing us to make sure cleaners and maintenance staff arrive when scheduled.

Door Sensors:
☼ We provide secure door sensors for extra peace of mind. They chime to alert you when doors are opened, so you'll always know when someone is entering, exiting or accessing the pool patio.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean grill if used during your stay.
Please return pool and beach toys in the bins provided and throw away any inflatable pool toys.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please take note that we require all guests to sign the Rental Agreement prior to arrival and follow policies within the Rental Contract.
-Quiet hours are 10PM-7AM. Eviction without refund and subject to a $500 eviction fee for any loud or disturbing noises outside.
Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during stay and any missing items. No parties, no events and no large groups.

Was a beautiful house, super clean. Plenty of amenities for a family. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home to take their family. I live in a more secluded area and this place gave that feel with the wonderful landscape in the back, while still being in the center of everything. Close to beaches, grocery stores, and an awesome recreational place with playgrounds and courts. Communication with the owners was quick and helpful.

3 rainy days didn't stop us from getting in the pool, very private quiet neighborhood. We contacted the owner's, very nice to work with them, they had an outdoor water faucet that didn't shut off, they were on it!!! I love VRBO, you can deal directly with the owners.A perfect stay for anyone needing a get away.Lydia ;) ;)

Bradenton Beauty

House and pool were fabulous. Beautiful, yet comfortable. Perfectly located for AMI, golf and Sarasota spring training games. Array of stores and restaurants less than a mile away. Owner was accessible, responsive and super friendly.All aspects of the property were exactly as depicted in the listing. Highly recommend

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home. It had plenty of space for all of us, and the homeowner replied to any of our questions very quickly and confidently. Good location to go to either Anna Maria Island or Sarasota.

Family Thanksgiving

This property met and exceeded our expectations. The owners were fantastic to work with, it is obvious how hard they work to make their guests feel welcome. Their attention to detail made our family vacation and Thanksgiving incredible. If I could I would give six stars.

Excellent!

Really welcoming place, with plenty of room, brand new furnishings, great hosts and very clean. We have stayed in Bradenton last March and really loved how close it is to Anne Marie Island, Robinson Preserve Park and restaurants we like in the area. Quiet at night and private pool area is just what we wanted. We will be renting again!

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!

FABULOUS HOME!!! This home NOT ONLY met our expectations but EXCEEDED them! You could literally pack a bag and grab some groceries and need NOTHING else. PLENTY of towels, dishes, cleaning supplies, pool toys, beach toys, BEAUTIFUL POOL and just OVERALL amazing place to stay! It's minutes from the grocery stores as well as the beaches - WILL DEFINITELY be renting this home again in the future!

best house in the last 10 years

The house is great. We really liked it. Great location for beach trips and shopping. Top equipment in the house and countless little things we noticed very positively. Just to name a few: Loungers by the pool, chairs & umbrellas for the beach, plenty of garbage cans, bin bags, toilet paper, kitchen rolls, etc. Definitely one of the best houses we have had in the last 10 years.

Beautiful West Bradenton Home

We had a wonderful stay at this Bradenton home. Nicely layed out and spacious design, provided room for us to enjoy with my daughters' family with two small children. We loved swimming in the enclosed patio pool and hanging outside during the evening. The kitchen and bathrooms were supplied with all necessary provisions including ample eating and cooking utensils and swimming and bath towels. Well done. Thank you to the owners.

Perfect trip

Went on vacation with the family and my cousin's family to explore the Sarasota area. The home is in a great spot if you have transportation. Ana Marie, Siesta, Longboat, Lido Keys, Braydenton Beach and St Armand circle all within an hours drive. ( we did scenic, slower roads) It's in a great neighborhood close to good restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The house itself was amazing! Wonderful and spacious, the pool area was where we spent most of the time. Clean pool, solid grill and outdoor TV, comfy sitting/dining area. The kitchen was fully stocked! didn't need a thing. Pizza pan, pizza slicer, peeler, measuring cups etc. The owners really paid attention to every detail, including decor, info books, beach chairs and umbrellas. We actually discussed buying the house to retire in the area! Will definitely come back again. Loved it.

AMAZING

It worked so well for the two grandparents, adult children and grandkids ages 14 to 17. The two grandsons hardly left the pool. Two grandaughters loved pool and sunbathing. We went to Holmes beach twice and it was very close. Ladies did some shopping on Pine st & Bridge st. Also rented a bicycle build for 4. Laughed the whole hour we used in. Men played mini golf. The has was very clean and lots of space for together or some private time. I would rent again if we go back to that area.The owner always replied to any questions we might of had.

Everything and MORE!!

So here’s the deal with everything getting five stars…this place (and the owners) deserved it!! We absolutely loved this home. It’s been completely renovated and the owners did not cut corners on anything. From the new appliances to the very nice and comfortable furniture we just felt at home. My wife, 2 daughters (10&12), my in-laws and an Auntie stayed here. The room arrangements worked out fantastic (we also got the master suite, so that was a bonus, haha). The beds were very comfortable. The salt water pool was amazing (it feels so good on the skin and doesn’t dry you out like a chlorinated pools can). And we did a glow night in the pool (order a glow stick pack (bracelets,necklaces, glasses, glow balls, etc) from amazon. It has a nice Weber grill, fire pit coffee table and we watched some of the Stanley Cup playoffs while sitting poolside. Even the linens and towels were nice! Communication with Britt & Cory was easy and response time was fast! A/C worked great and plenty of hot water. Beach chairs were super nice backpack chairs with the coolers built in. It was close to the beaches and grocery stores. Like I said it felt like they didn’t scrimp on anything and we absolutely loved the home! We definitely will be staying here again. P.S.Try Breadsmith, there breads were delicious. And also Turners donuts (it’s a hole in the wall but the price of the donuts and the apple fritters were awesome)! Don’t even second guess this place people… just book it!!!
