Room 23 - The Continental. This luxurious guest room is located on the second floor with a semi-private porch entry area; offering additional space for relaxation. The suite is comfortably furnished for up to 2 guests with a queen-sized bed. The private bathroom is beautifully outfitted with a tub and shower. Take a dip at the largest pool on Folly Beach or spend some time in the surf with beach access only 1 block away. Amenities include a mini refrigerator, microwave, smart TV, and free WIFI. Perfect for a romantic beach getaway! The updated soundproofing ensures a peaceful stay, allowing you to relax and unwind after a day of adventure.

A moment to breath.

My husband lost his father the week before. We needed a moment alone and this was perfect. The room was wonderful and clean. We loved the fresh look. The property was very well taken care of. Everything was with in walking distance. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I hope to go back soon.

This was our first time at this property- our third time in Folly. We loved our 6 night stay- pool was awesome- room was very nice. The ONLY criticism I have is that on 2 occasions I contacted host via text messaging for help with a howling g, barking dog, and when our air conditioner on the porch quit working we got NO response. However, They responded immediately when I asked to extend our stay ( also via texting). This was a disappointment. We definitely would stay here again.

Very easy checkin - no contact with any one. It is all through the app. Very easy! Great location. Close to all the restaurants/bars and Folly beach was just a block away. The room was very beachy and cute. It is small but whos in there room besides to aleep and shower on a beach anyway? The bathroom is small but shower water pressure was excellent. Loved the porch sitting area. We came in winter so no opportunity to use the pool but it looked like a nice area. The bed is a memory foam full size bed. TV is internet ready with all the apps. The only downfall we encountered and I know the owners can not control this, is the room behind us had 2 young children that cried and screamed alot. And it started at 5am one morning and didnt stop until they packed up and left. Highly recommend the Folliday Inn!

Good for a shorter stay!

This property has a great location. A couple minute walk to restaurants and the beach! Drawback was how small the room was, plus there was no place to sit, eat or put your shoes on, other than the bed. I had actually called prior to arriving to confirm there would be somewhere to sit and was told there was. There is room under the wall mounted TV for a small table and 2 chairs or at least a bench to sit at and put your shoes on. If not there, put a chair in front of the connecting door!
