This is a spacious, upgraded one bedroom condo with two full bathrooms in a location you can't beat close to the slopes perfect for a large family. With a shared covered parking garage, you can park and not move the car again, walk to Canyon Lodge lifts or walk to the Austria Hoff to enjoy the infamous happy hour. This extra large floor plan offers a spacious primary bedroom along with an additional sleeping area off the living room. The living room features a dining space for 6, a gas fireplace to cozy up on the sectional and a large flatscreen Smart TV with Cable. The sleeping area that can be sectioned off with privacy curtains features a bunk bed with Full on the bottom and Twin on the top. The fully renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone counters offers a breakfast bar area with additional seating and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals. There is a full bathroom next to the bunk area with tub/shower combo. The master bedroom offers an open floor plan featuring a Queen bed, large flatscreen Smart TV, office desk space so you can work or school remotely, as well as a private en-suite bath with upgraded stone counters and tub/shower combo. With wood flooring throughout, and a private deck, laundry room within the complex, this unit offers all the conveniences you need. The shared covered parking garage below the unit means no shoveling required, and the community amenities checks all the boxes with an outdoor pool (Summer only), covered year-round hot tub and Sauna, and tennis courts in the Summer. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. There is one assigned garage parking spot, with additional parking available outside on a first come, first serve basis. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 35 stairs in an enclosed stairwell to the unit and no stairs inside the unit, please note there is no elevator and the unit is on the second floor. Great location, easy access even with stairs. Parking was easy with the provided garage space and available spots outside. The place was very clean and comfortable - probably one of the most comfortable I've felt during a stay at Mammoth. Water pressure was good, bathrooms were clean. Everything has been updated. The only thing that was not functioning properly was the microwave door that wouldn't stay shut, but we made it work by manually keeping it closed. Overall, I would stay here again.

Good location, bad check-in process

Great place, walking distance or short drive to Canyon Lodge. Check-in process was extremely inconvenient. We arrived in the morning of our check in day to spend the day on the mountain. At the end of the day we had to drive all the way to a separate location to pick up the keys - big inconvenience. Tried to ask the property manager about early check-in and they never responded to our message. Other than that, it was a nice place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was very nice, remodeled and clean. I am not normally very picky about the firmness of a mattress, however, the mattress in the bedroom was extremely firm, too hard (for me). There was no give at all. After two nights of waking up with a headache and sore back and hips I slept on the couch the rest of the week which was better but not great. Also if you are a light sleeper I would recommend ear plugs as you can hear every footstep of the neighbors upstairs. The front door knob was broken (exterior). It just spins it won’t unlatch the door. You can’t open the door with out a key even if it is unlocked. My daughter got locked out until I was able to come meet her with a key. I let management know when we checked out and they were sending maintenance out to repair it but I would check before you close the door. We didn’t spend much time in the Condo during the day. We mainly used it to sleep, with the uncomfortable bed it was kind of a disappointment.

Our group stayed in unit #4, which is up two flights of stairs from the main parking area. It was nice being the very first unit in the complex, however, be prepared for a hill if you are walking to Canyon Lodge. The unit is well-stocked (except for no cookie sheets) and cozy. Our only complaint was that the booking office where you pick up and drop off keys is about an 8 minute drive from the property. I would recommend to the complex to allow keys to be left inside the unit upon check out so that guests can be on their way. Overall, we'd stay here again, as it was close to the slopes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in condo 4 from July to the end of November and overall it was pretty great. Pros: $1200/month probably due to the off season Two beds and two full baths, second bed is in the living room Decent internet with a hard line if desired Games and Wii console were included in the living room table Quick access to hot water throughout the condo except for the master sink for some reason (just took a while to heat) Easy access to the rest of Mammoth Easy access to hot tubs Dedicated indoor parking spot which is a major life saver if you need to put chains on or leave early It was quiet during my stay, most likely due to the off season Relatively early snow service, about 6:30 to 7am Cons: Electric stove instead of gas The fireplace really only heated the living room, the bedroom could be heated but I found it easier/cheaper to sleep in the living room when I was alone. Possibly buy a space heater if you're staying over the winter. Master bathroom sink took a while to get hot water to The master bath fan was tied to the main light switch so I mainly used the heating light The hill leading to the condo is steep and a genuine concern once it starts snowing. They plow it but expect to chain up to get into the condo unless you have a good set of tires and 4x4. I'll vouch for Z chains if you're looking for a pair. They are a bit expensive but they are great and relatively easy to use. Low set cars beware, there are indents on the bottom of the hill where cars have bottomed out. Overall I was happy with my stay there and the cons were more minor annoyances than anything major.

Odd set up for the bedroom in the living room, it was a little cramped. We had four adults and 2 children and a well behaved dog. Nice to be able to walk to Canyon....but be ready for the hill climb....good exercise. We thought it was a bit pricey...and on the second floor was a challenge to get gear and kids down the flights of stairs. There are three floors...and the people above us sounded like they were in the room with us. I wondered if the people below thought the same. I would recommend this place as long as I informed the person of these things.

We had a great time and would return.

Compared to other condos at the same price this was the worst one. The chairs were falling apart. The toaster did not work. The kitchen was incomplete and did not have all the necessary utensils to cook. The pictures show nice sheets and covers on the beds. This was not the case when we got there. There was no nice bed cover, no nice decorative pillows on the beds. The beds were simply covered with a thin blanket. The condo did not have extra blankets, we were cold. The pictures on the website are most definitely misleading. The beds were uncomfortable. It seemed that this particular condo was equipped with tables and chairs, sheets, bed covers and mattresses that were other people's discarded items. In addition, this condo was not a two bedroom condo, but was charged as a two bedroom condo. This would not be a deal breaker, except for the fact that it was not as described. The condo was old and not updated, and looked pretty run down. I would most definitely not stay in this condo again, and most definitely not recommend it to anyone. The complex is close to the slopes, so it is very convenient. But given that there is a choice of many other condos in the same price range, I would get a different condo and not this one.

The only two issues we had were the first 2 nights we had REALLY noisy neighbors. They were running(stomping) all around the condo & halls above us and up & down the stairs. The other was it is a long trip from parking to the room (i.e 3 steep flights of stairs) so if you have lots of gear you will get a big workout and take you a good bit of time. We loved the quietness of the location (other than described above), really close access to trails & only about 1/2 mile to two awesome restaurants (Campo Mammoth and Gomez's). We'd stay again.

It's pet friendly, but I've stayed in many pet friendly condos in Mammoth and never had carpet stains everywhere like in this one. Tried to pull out a dining chair and the back fell off and the refrigerator barely worked (in fact we packed the food in ice we were so concerned about the temp). The location is great and I've stayed at Mammoth Ski & Racquet many times before, but I will not stay at this unit again.
