Welcome to this beautiful 30 m² studio, a former workshop tucked away in a private lane and fully renovated in 2025. Located on the ground floor of a charming 1930s Art Deco townhouse, it now offers a peaceful, intimate, and characterful retreat in the heart of Neuilly-sur-Seine, one of the most elegant neighborhoods right on the doorstep of Paris.

This studio is part of my guesthouse-style home, with its own private entrance. You’ll feel completely at home, while enjoying, if you wish, a thoughtful and discreet welcome—just like a true guesthouse experience.

You enter through the kitchen and dining area, fully equipped for real cooking: oven, induction cooktop, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, tableware, and utensils.
It’s the perfect opportunity to dive into French cuisine: the neighborhood is full of artisan food shops, markets, and gourmet delicatessens, offering an exceptional variety of fresh and delicious products.

The sleeping area includes a proper double bed (160 cm) that folds into a sofa during the day. This elegant setup makes the space feel open and comfortable—ideal for working remotely, reading, or simply cocooning all day long.
High-quality bedding, natural linen sheets, and plush bath towels are all provided for a stay that’s as comfortable as it is refined.

At the back, the studio opens onto a private patio, designed like an open-air winter garden, with greenery, curated outdoor furniture, and string lights. A little everyday luxury to enjoy whenever the weather allows—whether for a morning coffee, a quiet meal, or a relaxing break.

You’ll also have a modern bathroom with a bathtub, ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi, a brand new smart TV, and plenty of practical storage.
A private laundry room with washer and dryer is available for stays of more than 6 nights.

Wonderful place in Neuilly

Fred was very welcoming. The place was neat and really well located. Very cosy studio in posh Neuilly, boulangeries, restaurants, parks close by. Very nice place to stay at. We will be back.

Simply Lovely

Our stay in Neuilly Sur Seine was lovely. I loved returning to this leafy quiet neighbourhood after the hustle of a day in Paris. The apartment was warm and well- equipped with a great bed! Fred, the owner is a friendly and helpful host. It was so easy to access everything from there by a short Metro ride - just 2 stops to the Arche de Triomphe. The Fondation YSL was spectacular and a short pleasant walk through a magnificent park. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful studio with lots of character. Everything one might need and more.

Charming studio with everything one might need for an extended stay including laundry facilities.. Located on a private gated street in a quiet neighborhood. Close to bus and metro. Owner is extremely friendly and helpful and lives in the same building. He recommended many nearby restaurants .

Charming Studio in Neuilly

We spent 5 nights in this very comfortable studio in the beautiful neighbourhood of Neuilly. The studio which was spotlessly clean, was further enhanced by its own patio with very pretty lighting. The owner, Fred, was great and more than happy to help with even the smallest request and was forthcoming with excellent restaurant recommendations. We will return in the not too distant future.

The perfect little piece of Paris!

We loved our stay at Fred’s place! The apartment is spacious, the patio is perfect, and the bathroom is huge by European city standards! Fred was an excellent host, we had all the information we needed prior to our stay, and he gave the most wonderful recommendations for restaurants, shopping, food markets, cafes, etc. The apartment is close to the metro station and the area is quiet, residential, and very safe in a private gated area. We had all the amenities we needed. If we return to Paris, I hope we will stay there again!

It was clean, modern and charming!

I loved staying here. The neighborhood is amazing. We were able to use the Metro line 1 which gets you everywhere. The shops and restaurants are great! The condo was perfect for two. And Fred was an excellent host. His restaurant recommendations were impeccable!

Neuilly nest

Very nice studio apartment in Neuilly, conveniently located near Avenue du Roule, les Sablons metro, etc. We were very comfortable here. It has a cute patio, and the bed can be rolled back to be a couch in the daytime, giving more space. There are laundry facilities in the basement. THe owner lives in the same building upstairs and was super nice and helpful. The street is a cul de sac with no traffic and is quiet and secure. THe only disadvantage is if you want to cook, there is is only a microwave and a toaster oven and toaster (no oven or stove). BUt we knew this ahead of time and managed fine.

Fabulous! Home away from home.

This delightful studio was everything it was promoted to be. Clean, private, well maintained and in a beautiful part of Paris. So easy to get around from here and close to great restaurants and close to the metro and buses. The owner is wonderful, friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this studio to our friends and relatives, we certainly shall always return to stay, our home away from home.

A charming apartment in Neuilly

There were no unpleasant surprises when we rented this apartment. The listing and photos were accurate, as were the correspondence with the owner. The pleasant surprise was how accomodating and hospitible the owner was. Before we arrived, he answered all our questions in a very timely manner. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The back deck was an extra nice feature. It let in a lot of natural light as well as being a little private patio that we were able to enjoy.It suited us very well because of its location. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurants and stores are all within walking distance. The neighbourhood is exquisite. We would not hesitate for a moment to recommend this apartment to any of our friends.

Cosy Studio

Super nice Host and very accommodating. The apartment is close (walking distance) to the Metro, shopping, and restaurants. The apartment is impeccably cleaned for all my visits. At least a half dozen so far. Cable is provided and Fred has lots of English movies in the library. The patio is charming - the apartment and patio is very private. Although the bed is a pull out sofa - it's SUPER comfortable and very relaxing. BTW, the bathroom facilities are American sized! Enjoy!!

Perfect Parisian Pad 'avec' Patio

This little studio with with its garden patio was exactly as described. Located in the beautiful residential area of Neuilly with a wonderful safe and community- type feeling. Local markets, cafés, restaurants etc all around the corner. Metro short walk so access to all areas of Paris so easy. Property beautifully maintained with Miele W/D, good wifi, and everything else needed for either long or short stays. However, what really made this property so very special was Fred, the owner. He offered every assistance from where to eat, how to get to any place at all, including spending much time and effort in trying to get tickets for a French Open!! He was always available to help in any way at all, but never intrusive . I loved coming home in the afternoons to this fabulous studio, having a coffee or glass of wine on the patio. For me it was the perfect Parisian experience. I can't wait to go back!

Great location and very relaxing!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely studio over the Christmas holiday. The location is perfect and offers a very relaxing and peaceful respite after our busy visits to Paris. The Metro is a short walk away. Neuilly offers beautiful shopping, open market, and a variety of nice restaurants. The studio is well appointed and the pull out sofa bed is extremely comfortable. Fred is a gracious and helpful host.

a very lovely stay!

Place is very quiet and cozy, recently rennovated. The host, Frederic, is really friendly and he welcomed us like friends. What I liked most is that (when there are no guests) this place is used as Fred's own family room... so it is not just another formal hotel but provides a feeling of a real Parisean family instead. The studio (and entire house) interior is designed by Fred ... and equipped with style photos taken by the host Frederic himself. I reccommend this place and would return there gladly some time.

Great Location!

Loved this recently renovated, super comfortable, airy, artsy pied a terre on a quiet side street in Neuilly Sur Seine. The bed is comfortable, the pad is stocked with everything you need, and it has a great patio for, for plenty natural light and fresh air. It is walking distance or a short cab ride to the metro Arch de Triomphe. We loved the authentic, elegant feel of the neighborhood and the apartment, and the owner was so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely go back to this gem!

Absolutely Fabulous!!!

This was truly a wonderful choice for our stay in Paris. Great price and the perfect space for a couple. The courtyard is a wonderful added bonus which you wont find in too many other Paris stays for the price. Perfect location with the metro a short 10 minute walk away. Supermarkets and restaurants, nearby with La Defence just down the road. Wonderful host (Fred) who helped make our stay extra special with great tips on where to eat and places to include in our sightseeing. I highly recommend this accommodation. We can't wait to go back.

this studio and its location is perfect

I loved staying there I would stay there again if I have the opportunity. the studio was well appointed spotless and very comfortable . the hosts Fred and Laurent were helpful and informative about the area . in addition the location is very convenient if you're flying into Charles de Gaulle there is a express bus that stops at port maillot and the # 1 metro is a 2 block lovely walk away Just a wonderful place close enough to everything and far enough from the typical Paris tourist traps Thank You Fred And Laurent post script love to Dexter and Rudy!!!!!!!

Perfect!

We loved the location and cozy layout of this lovely studio located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Paris. With the subway close at hand we made our way around Paris effortlessly everyday and night, returning to enjoy the solitude of some wine and a home made meal in the outside garden space. Perfect studio, lovely hosts!

I stayed in this studio for 2 nights and absolutely loved every minute of it. The studio was recently renovated with great taste and quality furnishings. It's very clean, and the "bar" area has all the basics -- coffee maker, fridge, etc. The patio is a major plus, and the light is great. I love that there's a window in the bathroom. While Neuilly-sur-Seine is not in central Paris, the studio is very close to the Sablons station on line 1 of the Métro, which is the line that takes you through all the major monuments and areas of central Paris (Arc de Triomphe, Concorde, Louvre, the Marais, Bastille, etc.) Fred and Laurent are super fun, laid-back, and you can tell they love to have a good time and host people. They were more than happy to give me local recommendations and tips. Since they live on the premises, they are available to help in a pinch if needed. I highly recommend this studio for a slice of chic Paris without all the touristy madness.

This property is a real gem. It is outstanding by its location and charm. Built in the 1930's, it has the character of an old art deco home and the elegance of small townhouse in the midst of Paris. Being so close to the city, you feel safe and special at the same time. I have always wanted to live in Neuilly and never thought I could afford it. So my dream has come true and has made me able to share it with my guests.

What makes this property unique

Living in a house in Paris is an honor and I was lucky to find the perfect spot. The house has character and is everything someone wants to have when working and living in one of the busiest cities in the world. Waking up listening to the birds is priceless and getting home after a long day of shopping or sightseeing, you will love sitting in the patio and have a drink or a cigarette. And I am never very far since I live upstairs. I'll be there for any help you need!
