Rural Gem! Recently Remodeled and Redecorated 3/2/2 Farmhouse on 24 Acres

This newly remodeled open concept farmhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 living areas, office & a full kitchen! Can accommodate 9 guests in the bedrooms & 2 in the living room.

Amenities include a coffee/tea bar, fireplace, coy pond, fenced in backyard, swing set, above ground swimming pool, tornado shelter & more! With 23 acres, there is space to stretch your legs, explore, hike, fish & camp. Your hosts live on the far end of the property & are often home so can be available, if needed.

Also available is our 4000 square foot special event and private party facility, with prep kitchen, bathrooms, and plenty of parking. Perfect for big family get-togethers! Ask us about it!

A beautiful, RELAXING property. Kids had a great time swimming every day and exploring the property. The adults were very comfortable and meal prep was very easy.

Quick Trip

We took a group of our college ministry to a conference in Shawnee, Oklahoma for a weekend. We stayed at the Blue door home since it was only a few minutes from the OBU campus. The stay was amazing and the house was great!

First time renting

Louie the property manager was on site trying to clear the pool up. He was not aware of my rental of the property. He contacted the owner and they worked out whatever was going on. From that point on Louie went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. He gave me his number in case I needed anything. I did reach out to him twice and he promptly took care of my issues. Louie was a rock star.
