Welcome to our modern, cozy beach condo! This recently renovated, newly listed, 2 bed / 2 full bath third floor unit is located on a quiet street in North Ocean City. An 8-minute walk to the beach and close to everything you need for a fantastic Ocean City vacation- bars, restaurants, groceries, and more. The space
As you come in covered front porch you will enter the main living area with the newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen. Brand new appliances make it a pleasure to cook family meals in. The dining table accommodates four, with additional seating for three at the kitchen island. The living room area contains a 50" smart TV with Airplay capabilities and comfortable couch seating for movie night.

Down the hall, the primary bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV & newly updated private bathroom attached. The second bedroom provides two twin beds (daybed style twin with trundle- not pictured but easily pulls out from twin bed shown). Pillows and blankets are provided as shown. The second bathroom is off the hallway and has also been recently updated with bright and modern finishes.

The covered back deck is accessible from both bedrooms and has seating perfect for your morning coffee or evening beverage. The third floor front deck has great views of the Ocean City skyline.

Linens and bath towels are provided for you, as well as a washer and dryer off the main living area.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo plus the front and back porch. 2 off-street parking spots are available in the parking lot.
