Loved Loved this house! The location was perfect for our family for walking to town-beach-highway-friends and family. The neighborhood was quiet and loved that we could walk to the water at the end of the road. The property was clean and had everything that we needed. We felt right at home. The communication with Joe was great and he answered all my questions. We would recommend this house to anyone. We were in town for a family wedding and everything about this house made our stay even better. So happy that we came across this house.

This is a wonderful house, and we found it very comfortable (especially the aircon, in July!). It had everything we needed, with plenty of space for everybody. The bathrooms were excellent, and beds very comfortable. The location is also wonderful. Old Greenwich shops, restaurants, and the railway station, are just 20 minutes’ walk, there is a dock (small pier) on the waterside just 5 minutes’ walk away, where you can watch the sun set over New York city.Joe, our host was very welcoming and helpful, and had left provisions to get us started. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here – not least for our walk to Tod’s Point in Old Greenwich Park.
