CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
During your visit, you may notice some construction activity as the Fontainebleau will begin an enhancement of the pool deck, a multi-year investment in new pools, water features, and family experiences for the resort. The hotel has worked hard to minimize the impact on your stay, and the hospitality we are known for remains in place throughout.

The main Bow Tie Pool, Arkadia Pool, 5th Fl Sorrento owner’s pool & 7th Fl Tresor owner’s pool will remain open as will the hot tubs and spa..

While a few pool areas and cabanas are being reconfigured, we have expanded our beach footprint with additional games, lounge seating, kids’ activities, volleyball, and spike ball, along with more chairs. Our dining venues remain open, with hours adjusted where needed to make sure you are well taken care of.

My cancellation policy is as follows:
I will provide a full refund assuming you provide me with at least 14 days notice (30 days if a seasonal policy applies) prior to your arrival date and 50% refund within 7-14 days notice (14-30 days if a seasonal policy applies) prior to your arrival date. Please consider travel insurance which includes COVID and hurricane cancellation as there are no refunds for those events.

In general I have a 4 night minimum but will accept requests of less than four nights if I only have those dates available. Therefore if you need less than 4 nights send me the request and I will see if I can accommodate the request.

Please refer to the rental agreement for information on the mandatory cleaning fee.

I can’t say enough about how incredible our stay was! My family and I have stayed in owner’s suites over the years, and this was by far our best experience yet.I highly recommend this unit, especially if you’re traveling with kids. It has a separate bedroom, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer….everything you could want for a comfortable and convenient family stay.The best part, though, was the communication with the owner. Chris was incredibly responsive to every question I had before and during our stay. Whenever we encountered an issue, he addressed it immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. We will absolutely be renting this unit again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly stay!

Overall a great stay. The host was very prompt with any questions I had leading up to the stay. The room was clean, and everything worked as expected. The bedroom was missing the TV remote which I brought up to the resort front desk and they had a replacement brought up to the room pretty quickly. There were some minor communication issues with the hotel front desk, as far as bracelets that needed to be worn and when, and some other questions they could not answer that were resort questions I felt they should have known, but again those were minor and not something the host of this Suite could help or predict. Overall it was a great stay.

This property has never failed me and this trip was no different as the unit we stayed in was on par with the exceptional quality of the Fontainebleau. The renovated rooms give a nice fresh feeling and our host was very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Only notable downside was there was only one out of four elevators operating during parts of our stay, as the others were under repair. 5 minute waits became the norm. Great stay

I have to say reading past reviews I was scared about the check in process due to having a injury on both feet so can't stand for long periods but I had no problems. Checkin was fast & smooth no issues. This is 1 of the greatest trips I've had to Miami, I've sent referrals to my friends for these properties and will definitely stay again!!! I enjoyed the condo and hotel amenities. Two spacious balconies with great views of Miami. Plenty of space in the living room and kitchen. Large master bathroom. The common area hallways looked to be recently remodeled - very nice. I’d definitely stay here again, and it seemed like a great value compared to the hotel rooms. Everything is closely connected within hotel and tower.

Beautiful view, perfect stay

Host was amazing in communicating with questions at the time of booking in this last minute rental we made. 100% would book this rental again if staying at the FB. Loved have 2 showers and the jacuzzi for our family of 4. Pull out couch did fit 12 and 10 year old - a little tight, but no complaints. Very clean and housekeeping was responsive for extra blanket. So happy we found this stay!!! Will be back.

Host was very responsive. Hotel service was terrible, we waited 2 hours for our lunch, after 3 days we received the blanket and pillow we asked for, had to wait 1 jr. to get our car from valet. the employees were very nice but could not handle the amount of people there.
