This 4-bedroom, 4-bath offers a total of 14 beds, 2 cal-king beds, 4 queen beds and 5 removable single beds and three sofa beds in the muti-purpose living room. The perfect choice for large families or friends seeking a tranquil getaway! Spend your day lounging by the private pool or venture out for some shopping at The Oaks. Bond in the large muti-purpose living room over 500 square feet or make a meal in the fully stocked kitchen.

It is a big house for short time rental business. Rent out the entire house doesn't mean rental all of bedrooms. This house lists different price packages as fellow:

Basic package: includes default for 8 persons for 3 bedrooms, 4 beds and 3 bathrooms.
Premium package: includes default for 10 persons for 3 bedrooms, 5 beds and 4 bathrooms.
Master package: includes default for 12 persons for 4 bedrooms, 6 beds and 4 bathrooms.
When over default number of persons during the booking, the booking package will be auto upgraded based on the number of persons to order.
If the customer needs order over 16 persons hosting service, please send a request.

Front one door access, back yard 3 doors access. Smart key only access from the front door.

Other details to note:
-Parking on premises driveway needs 2 meters away from the guest house door and window.
- Upper Pool Heating is an additional $50 per hour, 3 hours min.
- Down Pool Heating is an additional $400 per day for 8 hours.
- Must be requested and paid for in advance at least 3 day before.

-No Party allowed.
- No sleep over guests more than the number of guests in booking.
- Quiet time is 10pm - 8am, visitors need to be out of the house by that time.
- No smoking, smoke in designated areas only (outdoor)
- No pet without owner's approval. If one of the above rules was violated, a refundable deposit will not be made. More penalty or charge may be applied.

Nice accommodations for large party

We were a group of 10 people and were very happy with the separate bedrooms and bedrooms that this house has. It was large and had plenty of room to spread out. It has a pool and spa but we didn’t use it as we didn’t want to pay a bunch extra to heat it. The area is quiet and safe. Overall a good place for housing my extended family.

Listing is extremely confusing. Beware when booking that 3bed/3bath literally means 3 beds. Not bedrooms. There are two beds in one bedrooms and they count that as part of the 3bed description. We were asked to pay an additional 300 to unlock the 3rd bedroom in the same house. Don’t get confused like I did.

Amazing New Year’s Eve with the fam!

My family and I stayed in this beautiful house for New Year’s Eve 2023. We had a really good time together. The hosts rules are very clear. You will find everything clean the accommodation is amazing! We had the pleasure to meet the owner and he was very nice to us. I highly recommend this house! And last but not least; remember to follow the host rules and you won’t have any issues with them! Treat your Vrbo like your own house!

Family vacation

We had issues upon arrival and are in the process of trying to resolve with the host and VRBO Support. We were forced to relocate and have not been refunded or even offered compensation for the inconveniences we experienced. We lost an entire day of our vacation and have now paid double for accommodations. We are waiting to see what resolve comes.

Mirrissa booked 7 adults and one child, but actually Mirrissa come to stay over night people was 11 adults plus one child, and broken the house rule. Have evidences, at first day midnight, Mirrissa team unauthorized touched our swimming pool equipment and try to free heating. Have evidences Mirrissa team broken our front yard flowers. The house was supper clean, Mirrissa left house by self without notice VRBO.

You get what you pay for

The living room is considered the 5th bedroom. Plenty of beds but no privacy. Bandaids are on the wall to cover holes. The driveway is shared with people that book the guest house. The dining room table is a ping pong table covered with two table cloths. VERY dim to no lighting. No decorations of you’re looking for a nice decorated place. Plenty of towels are provided. Couch and sofa outdated.

Large Family Visit

There were enough bedrooms (4) to accommodate the 5 adults and 5 children without using the living room as a place to set up extra beds. It was good to have the 4 small bathrooms for 10 people, however there were some issues with the water flowing out of one of the showers. The large living room with vaulted ceilings was the main hangout place. The furniture in there was great for the kids, but did not provide much support for those with lower back issues. There is a separate "guest house" in the converted garage, which we did not realize would have someone we didn't know in it, though we never saw the person. Also, the pool is advertised and pretty to look at, but it costs extra and we did buy 3 hours of hot tub use. However, the hot tub started to drain when the heater was on, so it was more like 2 hours of use, so the host did not charge the full 3 hours. The host was very responsive via VRBO message as well as text once we arrived. Be aware that the price you see on VRBO is for up to 6 people, so we booked it, paid, and then the host said he had to charge us $35/person/night for the extra 4 people. So between that and the pool it felt very "a la carte."
