ARE IDENTICLE IN SIZE & DECORE - LISTING # 1761338,# 1761337, # 1754922 , #1761330.Bermuda Blue is a brand new modern, beach side retreat in the heart of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, a small walkable beach town known for its restaurants, shopping, wide beach , diving & snorkeling. We are 1 block from the beach & fishing pier, and half a block from the town center, restaurants, Ice cream , bars w. live music and shops. We have four modern rental 1/1 garden apartments all similar in size & design
Location : 1 block S. of Comm. blvd. on the E. sidewalk of Ocean Dr. ( across from Walgreen)

The space
Bermuda Blue is a brand new beach side oasis in the heart of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Dreamed up by a brother and sister construction/design team, Bermuda Blue is thoroughly modern with a clean aesthetic. Construction was just completed in 2017 and everything is brand new and built to the highest construction standards. All windows are impact resistant and noise reducing with blackout shades.
The bedroom consist of 1 KING bed with a brand new medium firm, high quality mattress. The 2nd and 3rd beds are futon style sofa bed, they measure about 44" wide & 67 " long , they are on the firm side. (during the day ,they are the 2 blue sofas in living room as shown in photos,at night you can convert them to a sleeper)
Pretty comfortable for few night sleep ,but meant for young kids & not for adults !

We loved our stay here! Ari and Lily are great hosts. The unit is very quiet, clean, and secure. A short walk to the beach and restaurants. The provided beach chairs and umbrella were very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as advertised. The apartment was spotless and just the right size for the two of us and our small dog. The outside garden area was very tranquil and relaxing. Also, the location was perfect, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Close to everything!

We stayed here for a simple, relaxing getaway. The location was great to restaurants and the beach. The courtyard sitting area is calm and quiet. The condo was very clean and had most items you would need for your stay. Owners were helpful and kind both in person and through messaging. Would definitely recommend this stay and area!

As soon as you walk in the gate, you are in a tropical paradise. Great apartments, spotless and so close to everything. Ari and Lilly are exceptional hosts. This was our third time here, we’ll be back!

From the first inquiry, my experience was wonderful. Lily and Ari were very pleasant work with and responded to all of my questions. I needed a month-long rental that was also pet friendly. I was traveling alone, so safety was also a priority. Bermuda Blue checked all the boxes. Because of my long stay, I requested housekeeping each week, which was a treat. The unit was comfortable and very clean, and the location was awesome. My puppy loved the courtyard as much as I did. The only very minor drawback was the coin-operated washer & dryer. It's just hard to get change these days. However, as soon as I mentioned this to Ari, he was quick to provide change. I will definitely rebook.
