4 Palms Cozy Condo

Feel right at home and relax with friends/family in our beautiful and spacious condo. Our 2-Story condo is located in a peaceful community with stunning views overlooking lush gardens & community pool. Our condo is centrally located in Yuma with nearby grocery stores, restaurants, Parks & Trails and quick access to the Freeway.

Please note: Pool is not heated

Please follow the pool safety rules.

Use pool at your own discretion.
We are not responsible for issues regarding the pool being out of order or bathroom/shower not working properly.
The HOA is who governs/maintains those areas.
We as hosts are letting you know those are available however we are not sure how reliable they are.

Please leave pool Key hanging from the ring, a $200 charge will be deducted for missing or damaged keys.
