O apartamento é otimo, espaçoso, atendeu muito bem nossa familia, é um pouco burocratico a portaria, porem é para nossa seguranca e a seguranca dos condominos, os chuveiros eram a gas, funcionavam perfeitamente uma otima ducha, o caminho que tem dentro do predio para o mar é maravilhoso, vale muito a pena, indicarei com certeza, e voltarei mais vezes,A laura muita atensiosa e paciente.

Nos hospedemos neste maravilhoso apartamento no Réveillon de 2021/2022. As imagens não conseguem mensurar o quão confortável é. O apartamento é muito espaçoso e o tratamento e hospitalidade da Laura é impressionante! Pretendemos voltar em outras ocasiões.

Estive hospedada com minha familia durante 10 dias em Dezembro de 2017. O apto e maravilhoso oferecendo muito conforto. Pelas fotos nao da para avaliar a beleza e comodidade que existe dentro do imovel . O predio e extremamente seguro, com cameras de vigilancia, funcionarios treinados e bastante educados. Passamos 3 dias maravilhosos, perfeito para família grande, todos os quartos suítes, portanto total privacidade . Apto grande e muito arejado, quartos confortáveis, cozinha excelente, vista para o mar de impressionar de tanta beleza, varanda excelente.. Eu e minha família, passamos dias incríveis, neste apartamento que é literalmente deslumbrante, vista de todos os lados para o mar ! O apartamento é maravilhoso, limpo, organizado, e tem uma ótima localização. Lindo apto em Astúrias

Alugamos o imóvel para passarmos o Natal (2013) em família e só temos elogios a fazer. O apartamento é grande, lindo e seguro, com uma vista panorâmica para o mar e para as piscinas do prédio. A proprietária prestou um ótimo atendimento nas negociações, o imóvel foi entregue para nós limpo e em perfeitas condições de uso. Com certeza queremos voltar pois trata-se de um lugar inesquecível. Tivemos duas opções de praias: Astúrias e a do Tombo. (Cerca de 300 metros do apartamento, aproximadamente).

Sensacional!

Apto sensacioanl, vista maravilhosa, estive com minha família durante 05 dias em total conforto, com tudo que precisamos pra uma excelente estadia... Chegamos e a pessoa responsável pela limpeza estava finalizando tudo e entrgou-me a chave com o apto limpo e organizadíssimo. A Sra. Laura desde o início foi extremamente atenciosa, respondia aos e-mails e esteve disponível o tempo todo caso precisássemos contatá-la, uma pessoa muito jóia mesmo! Recomendo o apto principalmente para famílias. Os funcionários do condomínio também são muito competentes, atenciosos, simpáticos e prestativos, nos sentimos em casa de verdade! O prédio está pertinho da praia, padaria, farmácia, restaurantes e a maioria dá pra ir à pé! Com certeza queremos voltar e em breve!!! :)

Simplesmente maravilhosos nosso Reveillon no apartamento. A Sra. Laura foi em todo tempo muito atenciosa, prestativa, além de ser uma pessoa íntegra, de extrema responsabilidade e muito correta. Ficamos por 5 dias no apartamento com muito conforto, apesar de ser grande é facílimo de manter limpo, pois na entrada as pessoas da limpeza já o deixam impecável é só manter. A vista para o mar e praias de Astúrias, Pitangueiras e Enseada é maravilhosa, pertinho da praia, de mercado, de farmácia, padaria, enfim, excelente! Os funcionários do condomínio também são fantásticos, educados e atenciosos em tudo. Ficamos muito satisfeitos e com certeza recomendamos!
