Location - Praia da Enseada close to the Procópio Ferreira Theater, the Pão de Açúcar supermarket and the Pitangueiras beach, not requiring a car to these locations.

The building does not have an elevator, but offers wi-fi in common areas and a designated parking space.

Apto em ótima condições de uso, só achamos a tv peq , demais eletros td funcionando bem , bem localizado p acesso a praia Pitangueiras , mercado, fica do lado do policiamento q traz total segurança p sair noite.
