Location - Praia da Enseada close to the Procópio Ferreira Theater, the Pão de Açúcar supermarket and the Pitangueiras beach, not requiring a car to these locations.
The building does not have an elevator, but offers wi-fi in common areas and a designated parking space.
Dining room with ceiling fan with table for 8 people and attached to the TV room, with sofa, armchair and rocking chair.
Kitchen with refrigerator, 4 burner stove, electric coffee maker, Airfryer, mixer, toaster, sandwich maker, orange squeezer and blender.
Basic laundry.
Bathrooms with gas heating.
