Come, relax and indulge in our newly remodeled custom home. Take it all in and enjoy an open concept design cozy and inviting for family gatherings and entrainment. Spectacular views surround the home from every angle overlooking the pool and our lush garden backyard. Our home is conveniently located In-Town Yuma with nearby grocery stores, restaurants, Parks & Trails as well as easy access to the Freeway

Please Note: Our property has an 8ft ungated pool, therefore NOT suitable for infants and small children.

Pool is NOT heated

This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home combines a 4Bed/2Bath main house with an attached Grand Suite ideal for large families, work retreats, or friends traveling together.

Need less space?
If you're a smaller group and don't need the extra space, just let us know prior to booking. We can close off the Grand Suite and provide a $30 nightly discount

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

If used, please clean the grill once it has cooled off and empty the ashes into the green trash bin.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

*Our hours of availability are between 8:00am - 8:00pm. Assistance may not be available if checking in past hours of operation.

The pool vacuum is always connected; when using the pool, feel free to move it out of the way but please do not disconnect it. It must stay submerged.
