The home you wish you always had on holiday

Every decorative and accommodating thought has been put into this property. Our family had stayed 3 times previously at the property and was confident it would be lovely - and it was even better than expected! Many improvements made over time and the decor is amazing. It makes it feel like a home in paradise…perfect for our range of ages and paces. The depth of the pool helped mitigate stress while the kids were playing - we could all enjoy and relax! The corn hole setup kept the teenagers amused and away from screens. The proximity to shopping and waterfront was awesome. We will be blessed to return!

Aruba Oasis

We loved our stay in Aruba! The place is within a 5 minute walk to the beach, shopping, dining and casinos. There was ample supply of pool floats, sand toys, cooler and beach chairs. The pool area is a tropical oasis and very relaxing. Jen is very responsive to communication prior and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this to our family and friends!

Spring Break Vacation

This house was perfect for our family's spring break. It was exactly as described. The location was awesome for access to palm beach's activities - beaches, outstanding restaurants/bars, shopping, etc. Super clean, awesome pool, comfortable beds, nice kitchen/common areas, great outdoor space. Really liked it. Have already recommended it to friends. Hosts were awesome and very easy to communicate with. Great property!

First of many more trips to Aruba!

We absolutely loved this house!! It was perfect for our family trip to Aruba. We had 4 adults and 3 children and the main house fit us all comfortably. The house was very clean, spacious, and beautiful. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the outdoor palapa. It was great sitting out there in the evenings after the kids went to bed. The location was very convenient to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Tom was very helpful when we needed assistance booking a rental car. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!!

Great vacation home

Our family of nine ranging in age from 4-67 spent the week after Thanksgiving at this villa. Everything was top notch. Plenty of room for everyone, beautiful pool, well stocked kitchen, clean, plenty of hot water for showers, etc. Our grandkids loved the pool as well as playing bags and Jenga. Jenn was always quick to respond if we had questions. With beach chairs, blankets, cooler, and small kids we found it easier to load everyone in the van and drive to Palm Beach, but the description of it being a 7 minute walk is accurate. We found Eagle Beach to be just as nice and also quieter, and also highly recommend the 40 minute drive to Baby Beach, which was our favorite. The Palm Beach area had an excellent assortment of restaurants and shops. We also had a blast on day trips to ride UTV's and also De Palm island. We can't wait to come back to Aruba and hope to return to Palm Beach 466 some day!

Fantastic house for a family vacation!

The Palm Beach Paradise Villa rental was a fantastic choice for our family. We were there in August 2016 and the house was perfect for 5 adults. The kitchen was well equipped for our nearly 2 week stay. Advice from the owners was essential in stocking the refrigerator and pointing us to some great dining experiences. The pool was great for both morning and evening dips that gave us great family time planning or recovering from our daily adventures. The front yard made for wonderful evening activities. The towels and laundry helped us minimize what we had to bring. The short walk to Palm Beach was perfect, and gated parking for our jeep rental worked very well. The beach chairs and cooler made our time on the beaches most wonderful. The US phone was perfect for occasional family check-ins. All in all, we could not have asked for anything not found in this villa.

Very nice house, convenient location, photos matched what you get, great owners

The house was larger than we expected, and is in a location in the north which was very convenient for snorkeling, grocery and other shopping, restaurants, and the California Lighthouse. The house has a booklet from the owners with a lot of information for dining, shopping, sightseeing, phone numbers, emergency information, and basically everything you need to know to make your stay in Aruba a pleasant one. It was very helpful. The breezes in Aruba meant that we only needed to use the air conditioning in the bedrooms at night. All of the dishes and appliances were provided, which we used for breakfasts and lunches, and we went out to dinner most nights. For the couple of questions we had, the owners responded quickly via e-mail. The house phone allowed free calls to and from the U.S. and locally as well, although we did not make many calls, it was nice to have this available. Best snorkel site for us was Boca Catalina, and best restaurants were El Gaucho (higher price but worth it) and Whacky Wahoo. We suggest making dinner reservations in advance.

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious home - PERFECT!

I recently spent 7 nights at this amazing home with my family of 4 and 3 additional friends and our stay was absolutely perfect! There was more than enough space for us in the main house. The house is convenient to everything including the airport, beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. The owners were very helpful and kind before and during our stay. They checked in by email to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. And, we actually met two of the owners (Jimmy and Denise) one afternoon on Eagle Beach. They recognized the beach towels and came over to chat for a while. It was a treat to meet them! The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything I needed and it was well organized and easy to find. The outdoor area including the pool and palapa for dining was my favorite part. The pool cycles through a series of colors at night. My kids loved to have a family pool parties at night. The temperature was very comfortable for eating outdoors so we enjoyed all meals in the outdoor dining area. There few if any bugs :-) . If you are considering this home for a vacation, I highly recommend it.

My last trip to Aruba was just my husband and I. This trip was different because we were traveling with family, so we decided to rent a house. I must say this was the best decision we made. The house was perfect! It had a lot of space for everyone to move around and it was very clean. All of the rooms were very spacious and fit us perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed and more. The pool was perfect and big enough for everyone to enjoy the outside. There was plenty of space outside to sit and enjoy a quiet moment for yourself. The guest house was perfect for any additional guest; however, this time we did not need to use it. The laundry room was equipped with enough machines and equipment for the beach. The house is located within walking distance of the Palm Beach restaurant area, but we had a rental car, which was a good recommendation. The host was wonderful, helpful and very informative. They reached out midway through the week to make sure everyone, and everything was going smoothly. The check in/check out process was simple and easy. Thanks for having us! We will definitely rent this house again!

We had an amazing stay here! The house has everything. The rooms are large and the beds were very comfortable. The place is fully stocked with games and entertainment. The pool area is beautiful with a charming area for eating and relaxing. The owners are also very helpful and easy to work with. If you are considering this place you should definitely do it!

Great home!

The property was exactly as advertised—absolutely beautiful, especially the pool area. The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, including plenty of towels and beach gear. Jenn was incredibly kind and attentive, checking in with us before our arrival, during our stay, and even as we were leaving to ensure everything was perfect. When we couldn’t locate an iron, she had one delivered right away. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly stay here again!

The Perfect vacation spot!

We loved our stay in Aruba!!! We were a group of 8 friends celebrating 50 th birthdays. This house had everything we could imagine. Perfect location, beautiful rooms, an amazing pool area. There was everything needed for going to the beach plenty of beach chairs, floaties, towels, and coolers. This house so close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches!! A nice getaway in a great location

Pictures online are all accurate and the location was better than expected. It is a very short walk (5-7min) to the Palm Beach “downtown” area and the beach. Whether you want to chill in the backyard pool area or walk to the beach, you can have it your way with little effort. You will enjoy a week in Aruba at this property.

Perfect location and house for our family

Perfectly located piece of paradise.

We had such a great time enjoying this beautiful villa. It is in a perfect location to enjoy walking to restaurants and shopping near by. The villa is very well stocked with whatever you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. We spend endless hours floating in the huge pool and enjoying the outside areas. The villa is very spacious and had a great layout, allowing for privacy and lots of space. Can't wait for our next Aruba adventure and would love to stay at this villa again. This house is outstanding! We had a phenomenal family vacation and the property played a huge role. The house was prettier in person than even the photos and was located in close to the beach. The host was great in their communication and assisted us with any needs, including arranging activities that we were interested in. Would definitely stay at this property again!

This property felt perfect from moment one! With our large families (lots of children and now some grandchildren), it is the perfect spot for our island home. Palm Beach Paradise Villa is a comfortable inviting space for all of us to gather and relax. The close proximity to the Palm Beach Resort Area is ideal. We are a walk or short drive away from grocery stores, pharmacies, beaches, water sports, restaurants, bars, the butterfly farm, casinos and more. There is literally something for everyone at any age to enjoy on this One Happy Island! Our favorite thing is taking a morning walk on the Palm Beach boardwalk (just minutes by foot) to enjoy coffee and a tasty breakfast sandwich. Soaking in the turquoise waters while we stroll is a glorious way to start the day!
