XL OceanView Balcony, Amazing Amenities @ LTW!

Our condo is located at Laketown Wharf Resort. A quick 5-MINUTE WALK to the sugary sands and blue water. You can spend all day at the beach or even just a couple hours and head back to your room. You’re that close! The historic Pineapple Willy's Restaurant is in your backyard.

Enjoy a cup of coffee or a nice meal on the balcony with beautiful views of the Emerald Coast. Entertain the kids with board games or sign in to all your favorite streaming apps on brand new Roku TVs. Make breakfast, lunch, or dinner for the family in a fully equipped kitchen with new utensils and kitchenware. Master bedroom & Guest bedroom have KING SIZE BEDS. For extra sleeping space, the living room has a QUEEN SIZE sofa sleeper with brand new memory foam mattress where you can still sleep comfortably and enjoy the view. Sit easy in a dedicated workstation for digital nomads.

Full-service salon, coffee shops and a variety of restaurants on site. Walmart conveniently located across the street for any last minute essentials.

Your family is bound to have a memorable stay in our vacation home and “Seas the Day!!!”

NOTE: Upon arrival there is a separate resort fee of $103.68 which includes up to 8 wristbands (for access to all 5 pools and 2-story fitness center) and 2 parking passes. This fee is PER RESERVATION, not per person. Minimum age required to book is 21 years old.
