The Firehouse - Spacious Lake George Village Home

The Firehouse LG was formerly the home to the Lake George Fire Department beginning in 1914. This spacious, centrally located home is perfectly suited for any group looking to experience everything Lake George has to offer. Total living space is just over 3,100 sq ft. Only steps from Canada Street and Shepherd's Park, The Firehouse LG is within walking distance to beaches, shops, and restaurants.

The space
This former firehouse is filled to the brim with character. Downstairs you will find original tin walls and ceilings. The original fire truck garage is now a huge rec room for all your movie watching and board game playing needs. You will also find a foosball table, mini bar area, and large antique desk for all your remote work needs. Additionally there are two bedrooms (2 queens in one, and a single in the other), a half bath, and laundry area.

Once upstairs you will find an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. From here you can see the lake and the Thursday night fireworks! The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your needs. Both living rooms in the house feature smart TVs with cable and streaming services. Upstairs you will also find the main bedroom with a California King bed with sitting area and spacious full bathroom.

>> Please ensure that all members of your group are made aware of our house rules. We expect you to return the property to us in the same condition in which you received it, aside from the bedding and towels, which we will turn over.

>> Please be mindful that this is a period home, rich in character.
