New build in 2023, 10 minute walk to Downtown historic Lockhart. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Practical single level floor plan boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths to sleep 6 comfortably. All the essentials are provided and a few unique touches that will be sure to delight. Our host, Louie, was exceptionally welcoming and responsive. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you could possibly expect. We especially appreciated the good supply of coffee! The location allows easy access to charming downtown Lockhart, TX with its barbecue joints and fun little shops. We especially enjoyed Loop and Lil's pizza.

We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving week at this lovely new home in Lockhart. The house was spacious, clean, well supplied and attractively decorated. It was a great location on a quiet street but close to downtown Lockhart. The backyard and arcade room were fun and very nice additions. Communication was great too. Thank You so much for sharing your lovely home with us.

We were in town one night for a dance competition. Host is fantastic at communicating. House was ready when we needed it. The house itself was very nice, spacious, welcoming. I didn’t actually visit the back yard area, but the two kids in our party did spend some time outside and enjoyed it. The house itself seems out of place in its area, but we felt safe inside. We did notice a strawberry on the floor under the table (we didn’t bring strawberries) and the shower in the master bathroom was leaking water out of the bottom on the side next to the toilet. I wish too that I had read closer and brought my blow dryer, but that’s my fault. All in all it served us well and I hope it does the same for its next occupants.

Fantastic house

We thought the house was in great shape! It was very clean and spacious. The backyard was fun to hang out in. We enjoyed the game room and the living room area as well. Very nice house! Perfect for three couples!

Great stay business trip

2 of my merchandisers and i stayed at this location for a week. We had an awesome time the backyard area with a firepit and corn hole to the den with arcades,tv and a bar area the beds were very comfortable awesome watter pressure in the shower verry nice place.

Great Place in Lockhart

Stayed here during MotoGP weekend at Circuit of the Americas. The house was clean, comfortable and well supplied. The "Lounge" was a great place to hang out, watch some TV and play games. Conveniently located close to all that Lockhart has to offer, including some surprisingly good (non-BBQ) food options. Host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would stay here again for MotoGP next year.

We did enjoy our stay overall, though I was a bit surprised by the stellar reviews after seeing the property in person. The house was clean and had everything we needed during our visit. That said, we did find the beds, pillows, and bedding to be uncomfortable, and the center supports on all three beds appeared to be disconnected from the frames.There were a few minor maintenance and stocking issues, such as some peeling wallpaper, some missing or burned-out lightbulbs, and an empty body wash container upon arrival. We also noticed dirty pans left in the oven, the backyard grill left open and filled with water, and we weren’t able to get the gas fire pit or exterior string lights to work.While the home itself seems relatively new, the surrounding neighborhood felt a bit run down. Traffic was generally quiet, though there was frequent dog barking.

This property served our needs perfectly. It was very clean and the extra touches did not go unnoticed. The only negative was the parking. If you are pulling a trailer or camper, be aware of small parking area in front of home and then street parking which is very tight. The owner is also very helpful and quickly responds with any concerns you may have.

SUPER CUTE AND COMFORTABLE!!

The house was as described. Easy to access. Very easy and good communication with the owner who also had snacks and water for us. The shower has awesome pressure. The air worked great. The beds were comfortable. There is a game room with arcade games and a record player, we thought was really cool. The decor was cool as well. The house is close to restaurant's but is located in a quiet neighborhood. The street is narrow, but we had no trouble. The driveway parking can fit two cars, but it will only fit one pickup. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this rental. We will most definitely stay here again in the future.
