About this property

Welcome to Meridian Greens! This two bedroom plus loft sleeps 8 comfortably and has all the amenities to make you feel relaxed and right at home from pour over coffee equipment to all the extras for kids and families. Walking distance to some of the best local dining options, brewery, grocery store, movie theater, bowling alley, and more. Shuttle stop to the slopes is less than a 100 feet away- don't miss out on this Mammoth Lakes gem!

The first floor is equipped with two master bedrooms. The first bedroom has one queen bed and one bunk bed with a private bathroom attached. The other master suite is equipped with a king bed and private bathroom. Pack and play and two baby gates provided.

On the second floor, you will find an additional full bathroom with shower as well as the dining area, kitchen, living room and balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, olive oil, and spices with plenty of space for meals. We provide a bag of fresh coffee grounds to use in the percolator or pour over set. Or, if hot chocolate or tea are your thing, we have that too! Full size dining table for group meals and 4 additional counter seats. The living room is a great place to cozy up after a day of mountain adventures with its wood burning fireplace and TV with Roku to connect to all of your streaming services.

Walk up one more flight of stairs to the loft space where you will find a dedicated workspace desk, two additional twin beds and a bunch of extras for the kids- various books, magnatiles, Lincoln logs, etc.

The complex has two jacuzzis, a dry sauna, a pool (summer only) and BBQs (summer only). Two sleds are available for your use as well.

We love Mammoth Lakes year round and are excited to share our condo with guests. In the summer we love to hike around the lakes and in the winter we are up there for the beautiful scenery and skiing!

What makes this property unique

Family friendly property with plenty of beds for kids or groups. Two master suites on the bottom floor means no one has to share bathrooms with an additional full bathroom on the main living level. Kids toys, sleds, all the things you would have in your own mountain home are there for you to enjoy!
