ASU Graduation trip
The layout of this house is unconventional but not uncomfortable. The dining room and hallway are relatively narrow, so it is a challenge to pass each other, so you just have to keep a sense of humor about that. The dining room had plenty of seating, and our family enjoyed eating breakfast together. There is no oven, but there is a hotplate that works perfectly for pancakes and eggs. There is limited seating in the living room, which is also narrow, so if you have a large party, some may wind up sitting on the floor. However, all bedrooms have large televisions, so some of my family wound up retiring early to watch TV from the comfort of their bed. This property is near a busy street, so you will hear road noise. Fans help to drown that out, but you will still hear it. Also, the parking situation could be clearer as it is set up more like a parking lot than residential parking. Overall, our stay here was pleasant and close to Arizona State University. I liked the full-length mirror in the primary bedroom, which helped me prepare for the ceremony. And the beds are some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Kevin, the property owner, was extremely communicative and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. He is excellent to work with. So, take a chance on this property. The price is great, the beds are extra comfy, and you will leave with stories about its unique setup.

Soccer tournament
I was called by the owner telling me the property was double booked and that it didn’t hold the amount of people that was stated on the listing. I was driving in from Oklahoma and was called the day of arrival to tell me that I had been referred fed and wouldn’t be able to stay. The cancellation was made without any attempt to notify me. The customer service was just as horrendous.
