Our property boasts beautiful tree lined acreage which backs to protected wetlands. Nature abounds! This PRIVATE freestanding studio cottage is ideal for the travel professional who enjoys the peace and quiet of the country, but appreciates the convenience of suburban living! Grocery, assorted shopping, entertainment, etc. are within 1.2 miles of our driveway. 2.4 miles to the local urgent care, and 1.4 miles to the closest free-standing ER. The Village of Clarkston is only 4.5 miles with restaurants, bars, community river-walk and park, which hosts multiple community events. Just 4.5 miles to Great Lakes Crossing Mall, the largest indoor outlet mall in the country. 4.2 miles to Pine Knob ski-hill and summer concert. Countless public access lakes, hiking and mountain biking trails, state and county parks nearby. All this and less than a 2 mile drive to the I-75 on ramp, with central access to EVERY hospital system in SE Michigan. Less than 10 minutes to Chrysler HQ for engineers and interns. Great location for a person looking to explore Michigan, as we are less than 3 hours from every desirable travel destination in the Lower Peninsula. Pure Michigan!
