Casa Camino is located in the heart of the NWA mountain bike trail system near Blowing Springs. (The Back 40 and Rago are literally in the backyard.) Minutes from the Gear Garden. You can ride out and enjoy all the days adventures on two wheels. If biking isn't your thing you'll have guest access to all the Bella Vista amenities like pools, golf courses, or club houses if you so desire. You'll find the home to be relaxing and the spacious backyard with fire pit an amazing way to end the day.

The house is just as described and is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of wildlife that can be seen from the back porch or front yard. Neighbors on both sides were friendly. The house is well maintained, updated and very clean. Check in/out process was very easy. Highly recommend.

Great Gateway to Bella Vista

This home was perfect for our group with four adults and a teen, including one adult with mobility issues. It includes spacious, open living area(s) with large cozy couches and a table large enough for all to gather. The nice sized back yard with a swing and two decks were great for morning coffee. Beds were comfortable and amenities/extras were well stocked. The location is GREAT for access to trails. The house sits right at the intersection of the south end of Rago and the Back 40 Loop. The location makes for easy access to a short (or long) loop of singletrack, a quick trip south to Blowing Springs/Wonderland, or access to the paved trail/greenway network via Blowing Springs Greenway (@ 0.2mi of unpaved trail to connect to paved trail). The host was super friendly and very responsive! We'll be back!

Hi Everyone! We are proud to offer this amazing house located in Bella Vista, the heart of NW Arkansas. The views and amazing activities keep us coming back. I love sharing the excitement with guests new to the area or repeat guests coming back to the area.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy being outdoors, biking, hiking, and enjoying the vibrant city of Bentonville. Every time I'm on the trails there is a new adventure to try, it never gets old. This house in particular is close to everything. Blowing Springs is minutes away on bike. Same for the Gear Garden. If we want to ride into Bentonville its a 20 minute trip.
