Great house for bike riders. Trail just up the street, plenty of room to park the bikes. House was clean, comfortable, & everything functioning. Car port was nice to have. The half bath was a plus. Most 2 bedroom homes in area just have 1 bath. We didn't cook so can't comment on kitchen. We would stay here again if we want to ride the Little Sugar area again.

I loved this Vrbo. It is better in person than the photos. It was just my husband and I but this Vrbo would easily accommodate more people. It is the perfect place for anyone who wants to get out and enjoy those trails or sit and listen to the birds in the morning. It is close to Bentonville, Centerton and Rogers. I would stay here again.

Quiet, Comfortable Stay

The house was just as incredible as the pictures make it look! The location was just far enough off the beaten path to be nice and quiet, but close enough for us to enjoy all the local sights and trails.
