You will enjoy keyless access to 2 entries of the unit… never get locked out. The kitchen side of the unit has been fully upgraded and furnished with all new furniture including a brand new Vaughn and Bassett top of the line Queen bed set and 1 Full bathroom stocked with shower essentials and hairdryer. Other amenities include air conditioning and heating, a new 55” Smart TV, high speed WiFi, Fully stocked kitchen with large Fridge/Freezer, dishwasher, 4 burner stove, Keurig Machine, Large Storage Dresser, Microwave, electric hot water kettle, private ground floor walk out patio with access to bbq, picnic tables, and the pool/hot tub/basketball court/Fire pit just around the corner. Smoking is permitted on the Patio outside. There are also luggage dollies, coin operated new laundry onsite, vending machines, a Great Room with ping pong, an arcade, gym, and parking.

Room 2 has also been fully upgraded and furnished with new furniture and decor. This side also features its own private patio walkout with seating (the only unit in the building on the ground floor with two walkout patios. You will slip into blissfulness in 2 brand new plush Queen bedsets adorned with plenty of pillows. 1 Full bathroom stocked with shower essentials and hairdryer and almost instant hot water + new shower head for your enjoyment. Other amenities include brand new air conditioning and heating, a new 55” Smart TV, WiFi, new retro Fridge/Freezer, Keurig Machine, Large Storage Dresser, Microwave, electric hot water kettle, work desk, private ground floor access to bbq and picnic tables, and the pool/hot tub/basketball court/Fire pit just around the corner. Perfect for a family trip with kids or a group of adults…the middle door closes for extra privacy to separate the rooms, but also easy access to each side. Huge TVs on each side will keep everyone busy!
Other things to note
We aim for 5 star guest experiences and one way we do so is to keep cleaning/linen fees extremely low for the area. We can only do so with a little help from you. Please remove the majority of trash with you as you go, especially trash bags with liquids. The dumpster is in the lower parking lot on the way out. There is an Excess Trash fee of $25.
4 inch memory foam topper for bed is located in the large brown deckbox outside the unit. Feel free to use it for additional comfort! The bed is already brand new and extremely comfortable, but it is there for your convenience.

Early Check in/Check out may be available for a $40 fee. Peak Summertime is extremely difficult to accommodate early Check in and late Check out due to same day turnovers.

We provide all bedding and one bathroom towel per person, as well as hand towels. We will try to accommodate additional requests for towels if at all possible. If running the dishwasher please do so before checkout and take trash to the dumpster on the way out in lower parking lot if at all possible.
**Fire pit can be used by guests but cannot be left unattended. Please use in-state wood only as Firewood cannot be transported from out of state. Do not break glass in fire
