Modern two-story home with 2082 sq feet and an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, 4 bedrooms with the primary bedroom on first floor! Perfect if stairs are an issue for anyone in your party! The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs and share a large full bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Main floor has another full bath with a walk-in shower for a total of 3 full bathrooms! Every bedroom offers a Smart TV and quick reliable Wi-Fi for all to enjoy.

First Floor:
Primary Bedroom - King bed with ensuite full bath, Living Room, Dining Area, Breakfast Bar, Seating Nook, Laundry Area, Kitchen w/ SS Appliances, Granite Countertops and fully stocked.

Second Floor:

Pet Policy- Max 2 housebroken dogs, no other pets permited. Pet rate is per dog. $30 per night per pet. ****Please know the booking platform does not charge the full pet fee and you will receive a separate invoice.**** Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.

Two extra chairs for the dining room table are in the basement along with a leaf that is chipped but there is a teal tablecloth in the laundry room on the shelf.

This rental includes a MODERN KITCHEN with BREAKFAST BAR as well as a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker. Essentials like plates, cups, glass cookware, pots/pans, utensils, & paper towels will be provided for your use.

Guests can park in the driveway --There is room for 2 vehicles and street parking is also allowed in front of the home. Please do NOT block sidewalk or mailbox.

Lovely home / lovely time

What a great experience with our recent stay in Geneva. We recently moved out of state and found the gem to stay in while visiting family, friends and all our favorite places in Geneva. Conveniently located near 3rd Street, we were able to get to our destinations in the matter of minutes. The house itself is spectacular and honestly felt like home. A definite recommend if you ever decide to take a trip to Geneva, IL!

Generous Geneva Grace

Our large family enjoyed a weekend stay in Geneva to attend an event with friends nearby. The detailed listing and fair price helped us decide to book the house. Upon arrival, we were impressed with the many considerate "extra" amenities including charging stations beside the beds, projection alarm clocks, luggage stands, QUALITY dishware, Greenpan cookware, dining space for 10, comfortable mattresses and furnishings, and too many others to list! My husband and I appreciated the main level bedroom and en suite bath. Two additional bathrooms, another on the main floor and one upstairs with spacious features were well designed with thick towels and soft floor mats. A thorough welcome book included not only detailed features of the house, but also ideas for local opportunities to take advantage of in Geneva. Communication with the property owner was timely and professional. The check-out procedure was impressively organized. We definitely recommend this unsuspecting GEM!

Besides being walkable to town, modern updates with the charm of a cape cod style home! We put high quality bedding and towels as well as a well stocked kitchen into the home. Those were the things that always mattered a lot to us when we traveled ourselves. We hope our guests agree!
