A Little Bit of Paradise-Direct Beachfront

We have the best cleaner on the beach, just read our reviews.
During COVID:
She is spending extra time disinfecting and sanitizing.
There is hand sanitizer inside the condo for your use.

From the moment you walk into this home, you will be mesmerized by the view. You don't get any closer to the beach than this. Our two bedroom/two bath condo has been remodeled from floor to ceiling including all new stainless steel appliances and furniture.
The living room has two leather love seats, a huge 50inch television ready for your netflix account, and the best view in the house--13ft sliding glass doors to the balcony where you can watch the dolphins playfully swim by and gorgeous sunsets every night. The kitchen is fully equipped to make a meal for 2 or the whole family. The dining area has seating for 6. There is a full size washer and dryer.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and sliding door to the balcony so you can wake every morning to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico or fall asleep at night to the light of the full moon glistening off the water.
The Master Bathroom has an over-size walk in shower and two sinks.
The second bedroom has 3 beds: 1 full size bed and twin bunk beds.
We provide beach chairs and beach towels for you to use.
There is also a pac-n-play and high chair.

The condo was excellent and met all of our expectations. The location on North Clearwater Beach was perfect for us. It is in a location where the beach is very well maintained and not quite as busy as the area closer to the pier.The owner Robin, was very responsive and answered any questions that we had throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this condo.

We had the best time at this amazing property. Perfect beachfront location with spectacular ocean views from the covered balcony. The condo has everything you need, to include beach chairs/umbrellas, etc. Not only were we steps away from the beach, but we were able to walk to restaurants/bars, shops, the Pier and more. We'll definitely be back next year.

Such a awesome space and area of the beach. It was so nice to be able to walk out a few steps and hang on the beach. First couple of days were chilly but we were able to eventually get a beach day in. Seen some dolphins cruise by right in front of the condo! Must check out the main strip and Pier 60. The area was bussling! Thanks to our gracious and helpful hosts.

The property is right on the beach with no obstructions walking to the water or viewing the gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. We walked along the beach to two different restaurants for dinner. Communication with the host was seamless, as was the check-in process. This property is the best value, by far, for direct beach access when you need two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The condo was clean, quiet, and well-kept.

We originate from Illinois. We are semi-retired and bought a 'winter' home in Central Florida a few years ago. On one of our winters here we started 'beach hopping' to find the best of Florida's many beaches. We instantly fell in love with the Clearwater Beach area and bought a condo. We plan to fully retire to Clearwater Beach soon.

Why they chose this property

Clearwater Beach has so many activities for every age group. Colony Surf is located on the quieter North end of the beach. But it is still within walking distance to all of the tourist hot spots including Pier 60. You can check out the many restaurants and shops on your stroll down to the Beach Walk and Marina where you can charter a fishing boat, take a sightseeing cruise, rent jet skis and bicycles, or take a Segway Tour. What better way to get familiar with all that the area has to offer.
