This area was chosen because of it's location,, the expanse of the properties in this area with lots upwards of 1 acre, devoid of apartments and congestion the lushness of the neighborhood, it being a truly residential quiet place, not overly populated, tranquil and yet readily accessible to the township, beaches and highways
