Nashgetaways is pleased to offer this wonderful property nestled a quarter mile off the road and with 5 acres of woods behind it, this charming Woodland Hideaway is secluded in nature and great gathering spot for a large family or get together. Pet Friendly. The home can easily accommodate up to 8 adults plus features an adorable kids bedroom and play area for a young child. There's a large number of outdoor gathering spots, featuring 3 different deck/porch areas, outdoor firepit and separate games area. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat.

House Rules:
1) No parties
2) Max occupancy is 12 people during the day and 9 at night; maximum number of cars allowed is 5. The property is designed for families traveling or meeting for small family reunions and holidays. We are not designed for wedding events or wedding receptions or large events of any kind and thus these types of events are not allowed.
3) Please be respectful of neighbors and no loud noises after 10pm.
4) We allow cats or dogs but please no more than two dogs per booking and there is a pet fee per animal. No dogs over 80 pounds allowed.
5) There are two security cameras on the property, which record 24 hours a day. One is mounted in the back of the house and captures the drive approaching the house; the second one is mounted on the front corner of the house and captures the drive way. No cameras are pointing towards the house, windows, porches or decks and absolutely no cameras allowed inside the house. Guests are prohibited from adding cameras to the WIFI network or adding any software to the network.

Please put all garbage in garbage bags. The garbage can outside is located behind the 2-Story deck.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties. No large events. The property is not suitable to be used as a wedding venue or reception venue. Its purpose is small family gatherings.

This house was so beautiful! I highly recommend it for anyone’s stay! It can accommodate 7 or 8 people with no problems!! The upstairs room is great for Teens! The town of White bluff has a grocery store and Walmart is only like 20 mins away in town

This lovely property added to the joy of our nieces wedding weekend! So many places in and out of doors to gather and visit, or be alone. The fire pit was used well every evening! Everything from the kitchen to baths and beds was spotless and accommodating. Great Weekend Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in the country. We were in town for a golf tournament at nearby Greystone and the location of the house to the course was perfect! The house was super comfortable, clean and full of amenities. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

Close to Montgomery Bell State Park

We needed a place to stay that was close to Montgomery Bell State Park that could sleep 2 families with several small children. This house was 10 minutes from the park, very clean and nicely furnished. We were so glad to have a house for the kids to run around in and be able to play outdoors vs. staying at a hotel!!

From start to finish, the experience was a joy. The hosts, Steve and Clare, were very helpful with their ease and comfort in our communications. Home away from home!

So glad we picked this home for our vacation! It was very comfortable & tastefully decorated. Beautiful surrounding area, so all the drives were scenic & enjoyable! The 1st level has the king master w/attached full bathroom, & two queen bedrooms… The other full bath is right off the kitchen. Also off the kitchen is an outdoor table/chairs & a grill! The kitchen, dining, & living areas are all open, so it was great to be able to have eyes on everyone while getting food ready! The downstairs living room has a wonderful cool touch “fireplace” which was great to have on in the chilly evenings! & the front patio was one of our favorite spots with the bench swing and rocking chairs! The 2nd level is a large, open finished attic (no bathroom) w/another queen bed in the main area (the upstairs has a door to completely close off for privacy) & contains a small room decorated so cute for kids (w/twin bed)… The only downside to the kid room is that there’s no air vent, so it got stuffy sometimes, but there was a plug-in fan which helped! We opted to use that room as a playroom. There’s a great, large outdoor deck upstairs too! Something to note: There are no railings for the interior stairs. The master bedroom also has 4 stairs to enter/exit & to get into the bathroom. The owner was great to work with, replying right away to any inquiries or minor issues & giving some great recommendations for nearby food & activities. We really did enjoy our stay in this home & hope to come back!
