Welcome to our peaceful farmhouse in the country, yet only 20 minutes to downtown Nashville and 20 minutes to downtown Franklin.

Be welcomed by a mini donkey duo and a native Nashville singer/songwriter and enjoy a taste of true southern hospitality! We are the number 1 place to stay for guests coming to town for weddings at the Loveless Cafe & Barn! :) A private wooded setting surrounds this charming farm house with spacious rooms and a feeling of quiet serenity. The large master bedroom features pale pink walls and a king-size ultra comfy bed. An extra-large claw foot tub is in the new classic subway-tiled master bath for glorious bubble baths and a shower with a powerful rain shower head for a vigorous clean! The freshly renovated eat-in kitchen has ample space, new appliances, 150+ year old reclaimed oak counters and a 100 year old farm sink. I spent a year and a half renovating it and I think you're going to love it!! The downstairs basement is one large room with two Queen beds (each with new memory foam toppers), a full bath with shower, a TV with Apple TV and numerous board games. The front and back porches are a perfect place to sit back, watch the wildlife anytime of year and listen to birds, frogs and crickets and smell sweet honeysuckle in the summer time. Welcome to the charming country side of Music City! The Pink House is in a lovely rural area in West Nashville surrounded by 75 acres of woods to enjoy. It is close to the interstate and perfectly located only 20 minutes from downtown Nashville and 20 minutes from historic Franklin and Leiper's Fork. It's on the only side of town that does not have frustrating congested traffic problems. The best part is you'll be just over a mile from the world famous Loveless Cafe with the best country cooking and homemade biscuits and jam in the world! If you are a cyclist you'll be happy to know it's a mile to the great Natchez Trace and is a cyclist's paradise. Trace Bike shop is just around the corner to rent bikes on a whim. My son and I stay in the house when it's not let out so it is very much our home. We're delighted to share it with you and will do all we can to make sure you have an exceptionally wonderful visit! Our two sweet donkeys are pregnant and due in foal in the spring. They will be delivering their babies off site, so there will be a time that they temporarily will not be on the property. Update: March 5th: the donkeys have been transported to the vet in preparation for their deliveries. They will remain with the vet until they both safely deliver their babies and will then be transported to another barn where they will remain for a couple months until they are old / big enough to safely be brought back to the Pink House.

The Pink Cottage has been decorated with love. It is absolutely charming and so very comfortable. Jennifer was awesome as were the friendly mini donkeys. There are also many places to relax outside. This is a perfect place to stay and enjoy. We will be back!

A rental that feels like a home

The Pink House exceeds all expectations for a rental. It truly feels like staying at a home versus a rental. Everything is provided (and more that you wouldn't expect). You want for nothing in the kitchen and bathroom! Extremely clean. Everything was magical for our Christmas stay!

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at the Pink House for an extended weekend with another couple. The house was perfect and all the little details made our stay very special; Jennifer is a very gracious host and treated us like guests rather than renters. Her property is in a beautiful and quiet setting, yet close to everything we needed and wanted to do. We would love the opportunity to stay there again. We had a fun adventure with Ed the horse and his donkey sidekick that we will laugh about for years!

It was just wonderful staying out in the country. We enjoyed everything about the house. It was so peaceful and quiet. Feeding the horse, Edward, and donkey, Nibbles, everyday was a real treat. Jennifer’s pink house is simply adorable! It has all the extras a gal could ever need! She’s thought of everything! It’s quiet and off the beaten path, but a quick drive to the historic town of Franklin! And of course, Nashville. We enjoyed our short weekend. Highly recommend this property ❤️

The best VRBO experience I’ve had. The property is gorgeous and Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure my birthday was extra special. The home is beautiful!! Strait to Stapleton!

We were in town for the George Strait and Chris Stapleton concert. This place was awesome. It was nice to get away from the crowds and busy downtown Nashville. Everything we needed was there! Thank you Jennifer for sharing your beautiful home! Ps when I first booked this place my husband was not to happy about an all pink house but in the end I overheard him telling his male friends how much he enjoyed the house and how it was decorated (“it was cool everything was pink!”) ;)

The most stunning getaway home, looks like Dolly would live there!

I would give this place 10⭐️If I could! Jennifer was the most enjoyable host, she literally thought of everything! There were three of us girls and we had the most relaxing vacation. Those beds… best night sleep ever!! A great taste of the beautiful country but still only 15-20 mins from all the action! Prince Edward and Nibbles were so cute and loved attention! The back porch was so nice in the evenings too. I recommend this place a million times over, I absolutely plan to go back. Honestly can’t think of one thing I wished was different. Thank you Jennifer for sharing your stunning home with us.

Lovely home with a wonderful property manager

First off, Jennifer the owner, is the sweetest! She was so kind in her communication and put in the extra touches to make the stay wonderful. Those cookies! Oh my goodness. The house is adorable and she thought of pretty much everything. It was fun to visit with the animals and get to feed them. All in all a great stay. The only downfall I would say is the house has a bit of a musty smell. It stayed in our clothes when we got them home. It wasn’t super noticeable when you are staying in the house, but definitely noticed it in our clothes. I would still stay again because it is an adorable house and the owner is wonderful.

Lovely VBRO in a Quiet Country Setting close proximity to DT Nashville

VBRO was very lovely and very clean with over and above unexpected amenities. Beautifully decorated in a Victorian style. Although, we did not cook the kitchen it is completely stocked for cooking. We enjoyed sitting & relaxing on the covered deck, in a serene setting. We enjoyed feeding the owners horse Prince Edward & their donkey Nibbles. The owner is quite accommodating & a pleasure to communicate with. We definitely would stay here again!!!

Pink House Perfect!

This was the perfect getaway for a girl’s weekend. Jennifer had everything we needed at the house. We cooked some meals and ate out for some. It was close to fun activities like the Loveless Cafe and the Tailgate Brewery, but also far enough out that we could relax on the porch with a cup of coffee and just chat. The beds were very comfortable and we slept in every day. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Pink House

The property was beyond what I expected. I had a girl’s weekend to Nashville after checking in we really wanted to enjoy every moment we were at the house. It was absolutely perfect. The owner left us a note saying to contact her at anytime if we need anything. She stocked the house with sweet treats and treats for the horse and pony. I would 100% book at this property again.
