Overall it was a great stay! The room could have been a little cleaner. Parking on the floor you stay on was a perk for lugging bags. The restaurant breakfast was good and a Starbucks onsite!

The property was very nice loved the entrance and balcony my austic granddaughter loves being outside and she had an ball running back and forth.The blankets on the beds could've brrn a lil thicker toaster wasn't working and not many pots for cooking water pressure in the kitchen very low but othet then that its nice.

Baseball Spring Training

The property was very nice and was perfect for our family. Pictures and floor plan were not taken from the unit we stayed in. No where in description did it state that it was not the exact layout or pictures of unit. If you are like me you choose a unit based of pictures. So that was a disappointment. We also experienced HVAC and hot water issues while we were there. Maintenance was super helpful but still not what you want to deal with while on vacation.

Softball Tournament

We booked at the last minute due to having extra people coming with us. The place was Great! We couldn’t believe it when we walked through the door and saw it was a little condo type suite. We felt secure and very welcoming! We wish we would have been able to stay longer but due to the tournament we couldn’t. However we know where we will stay again in the future. It had plenty of space for me a male with 7 women from my wife down to 4 girls 2-14 years old. We also had 2 sisters staying with us 13-17years old. Plenty of room and very clean! A+++++++ from our stay! The amenities were great! In the suite was a full washer and dryer. The hotel has heated pools! It was great. Thanks for having us!

This property has the potential to be great with a little TLC and attention to detail. The pictures accurately represent what the rooms look like however the furniture feels incredibly cheap and uncomfortable. The resort and the room had lots of little things that needed repair. The resort offers nice amenities and is fun for kids. Positives-Multiple pools, with lots of seating. The kids loved the pool area.-The staff was super friendly and helpful. They replaced broken items promptly.-The beach is beautiful. -The resort was quiet; we did not experience any noise issues during our stay. -The resort is conveniently located. Lots of places to eat and things to do within a short drive.Cons-The room had a roach problem. We even found a hitchhiker in our food bag on the car ride home. -The beds were very firm and not supportive. My back was not happy. -The toaster did not work, the freezer was frozen shut, and the frying pans were unusable because the Teflon was peeling. -The beach umbrella rental service takes up the prime spots on the beach. Only a con if you plan on setting up your own umbrella. To add insult to injury most of the chairs and umbrellas were unused during our stay and just taking up space. -Cracked/missing tiles in the pool. -Water slide was not open consistently. They were having staffing issues the week we were there. -Concierge is actually condo sales. Don't bother unless you want to go to a presentation for your discounts.
